Limbaugh: 'Islam Is a Conquest Ideology - Not Even a Religion' - Breitbart:
"According to Limbaugh, not properly defining Islam for the sake political correctness will be to our own detriment.
Partial transcript as follows:
Can I be honest with you about, say ISIS, or any other jihadist Islamic organization? It’s not about revenge. You might think it is because they’re out dealing with who they consider to be infidels. But the reason they’re such a threat and need to be taken seriously is that militant Islam, jihad, ISIS, Al-Qaeda, you name it, they are conquerors, folks."

The Natural Condition of Humankind
The Natural Condition of Humankind | Intellectual Takeout:
"In The Sword of Imagination, Russell Kirk has a beautiful line about the natural condition of man.
It is a strong reminder that while our civilization seems strong and our freedoms are cherished, they must always be nourished and cultivated in each generation.
Here’s the line:
“Order, justice, and freedom are garden plants; the natural condition of humankind is that of the jungle.”
If you’re looking for context, below is the paragraph from which that sentence came:
“Much of what is called history records the fruits of original sin. Even the daughters of emperors exist only precariously. Order, justice, and freedom are garden plants; the natural condition of humankind is that of the jungle. In the year 316, Diocletian, who had been master of the world, was compelled to starve himself to death in his palace. In the year 1969, President Nixon was triumphant; five years later, his enemies would pull him down. It was a wonder … that a tolerable human society could subsist at all. Prescription, custom, and convention enable generation to link with generation; but the cake of custom was being trampled under foot near the end of the twentieth century, much as the cake of custom had been broken about the beginning of the fourth century. All [I] could do was to remind some thinking people of such hard truths, and to brighten the corner where [I found myself].”
Yes, order, justice, and freedom require hard work and generational cooperation to maintain.
We shall see if we can keep the traditions alive through the 21st century. "

When it is time to clean up after a failed idea, no green environmentalists are to be found.
ind was free, natural, harnessing Earth’s bounty for the benefit of all mankind, sounded like a good idea. Wind turbines, like solar panels, break down.
They produce less energy before they break down than the energy it took to make them.

The wind does not blow all the time, or even most of the time.
When it is not blowing, they require full-time backup from conventional power plants.
Without government subsidy, they are unaffordable.
With governments facing financial troubles, the subsidies are unaffordable.
It was a nice dream, a very expensive dream, but it didn’t work.
California had the “big three” of wind farm locations — Altamont Pass, Tehachapi, and San Gorgonio, considered the world’s best wind sites.
California’s wind farms, almost 80% of the world’s wind generation capacity ceased to generate even more quickly than Kamaoa Wind Farm in Hawaii.
There are five other abandoned wind farms in Hawaii.
When they are abandoned, getting the turbines removed is a major problem.
They are highly unsightly, and they are huge, and that’s a lot of material to get rid of.

Unfortunately the same areas that are good for siting wind farms are a natural pass for migrating birds.
Altamont’s turbines have been shut down four months out of every year for migrating birds after environmentalists filed suit.

According to the Golden Gate Audubon Society 75-110 Golden Eagles, 380 Burrowing Owls, 300 Red-Tailed Hawks and 333 American Kestrels are killed by the turbines every year.
An Alameda County Community Development Agency study points to 10,000 annual bird deaths from Altamont wind turbines.
The Audubon Society makes up numbers like the EPA, but there’s a reason why they call them bird Cuisinarts.

Palm Springs has enacted an ordinance requiring their removal from San Gorgonio Pass, but unless something else changes abandoned turbines will remain a rotting eyesores, or the taxpayers who have already paid through the nose for overpriced energy and crony-capitalist tax scams will have to foot the bill for their removal.
President Obama’s offshore wind farms will be far more expensive than those sited in California’s ideal wind locations.
Salt water is far more damaging than sun and rain, and offshore turbines don’t last as long. But nice tax scams for his crony-capitalist backers will work well as long as he can blame it all on saving the planet.

Hillary Clinton’s Vulgarity Makes Trump Look Like Shakespeare!
Hillary Clinton’s Vulgarity Makes Trump Look Like Shakespeare!
I was astonished that Hillary Clinton wept as she decried bullying, after Donald Trump’s used of the word “schlong”.
I was astonished that Hillary Clinton wept as she decried bullying, after Donald Trump’s used of the word “schlong”.
A woman who is seeking the office of “Commander-in-Chief” should really show a little more intestinal fortitude.
The act is laughable, because her own use of profanity is so notorious that there are whole books on the subject!
A California friend, Bill Monroe, offers this example.
Hillary’s vulgar and nasty language is well documented. To directly quote her: ‘F**k off! It’s enough that I have to see you ****-kickers every day, I’m not going to talk to you too!! Just do your G*damn job and keep your mouth shut.’(From the book American Evita by Christopher Anderson, p. 90 – Hillary to her State Trooper bodyguards after one of them greeted her with “Good Morning.”)
That is not the only tome that documents Clinton’s legendary temper. Another book,Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary Clinton, recounts an episode with Obama as the target ofone of her grand tirades.
Clinton requested a meeting with Obama, against the advice of hubby Bill Clinton, believing “she was being persecuted for minor, meaningless violations,” author Edward Klein writes.Clinton initially took a friendly approach during the meeting and Obama reacted as if he didn’t know what she was talking about, the book claims.“He was almost being deliberately dense,” a Clinton source said. “It really angered her.”Clinton lost her temper and called the president by his first name in an emotionally driven break with White House decorum, according to the book.“What I want for you to do is call off your f–king dogs, Barack!” Clinton allegedly barked at Obama, according to Klein’s account, which cited sources close to Clinton and Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Obama got off lightly compared to her husband, according to an episode described in a third book, The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House.
[Author Kate Andersen] Brower gave an interview with CNN in which she is laughing and smiling while telling the story of Hillary Clinton’s violent, bloody attack on her husband the President of the United States.Apparently, spousal abuse is funny if committed by a feminist icon running for president. An example of how the political press is playing this comes from Politico, which published a lengthy book excerpt that left out Hillary’s alleged bloody attack on Bill.Politico did lead with the ‘lamp throwing’ incident which as the Clinton defenders might say, is ‘old news’. But Politico left out the damning alleged criminal attack.
If there is a description that Donald Trump used that should really trouble Hillary, it involved her lack of stamina.
“One thing with Hillary, she doesn’t have the strength or the stamina to be president. She doesn’t have it,” Trump said at a Wednesday-night campaign rally in Manassas, Virginia.“You ever see Hillary? And I said, ‘She doesn’t have the strength, she doesn’t have the stamina,'” Trump later said.
NYC businesses face $250,000 fines for violating new gender pronoun regulations
NYC businesses face $250,000 fines for violating new gender pronoun regulations | The American Mirror:
New York City quietly issued new regulations on employers and landlords shortly before the Christmas holiday in an effort to accommodate transgender residents, and the new rules come with stiff fines for violators — willful or otherwise.
The New York City Commission on Human Rights implemented Local Law No. 3 (2002); N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-102(23) and issued the Gender ID Interpretive Guide, claiming the new rules reflect “that transgender people face frequent and severe discrimination such that protection from discrimination is ‘very often a matter of life and death.’”
“Refusal to use a transgender employee’s preferred name, pronoun, or title (e.g., Ms./Mrs.) may constitute unlawful gender-based harassment,” the new guide reads.
“Gender is defined as one’s ‘actual or perceived sex and shall also include a person’s gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior or expression,’“ the new ban reads, “‘whether or not that gender identity, self-image, appearance, behavior or expression is different from that traditionally associated with the legal sex assigned to that person at birth.’”
The guide notes, “Some transgender and gender non-conforming people prefer to use pronouns other than he/him/his or she/her/hers, such as they/them/theirs or ze/hir.”
...The offers several examples of violations, including:
a. Prohibiting an individual from using a particular program or facility because they do not conform to sex stereotypes.
For example, a women’s shelter may not turn away a woman because she looks too masculine nor may a men’s shelter deny service to a man because he does not look masculine enough....
f. Forcing a transgender or gender non-conforming person to use the single-occupancy restroom.
Violations of the myriad regulations come with hefty fines.
“The Commission can impose civil penalties up to $125,000 for violations, and up to $250,000 for violations that are the result of willful, wanton, or malicious conduct,” according to the new law.

Trying to Hide the Rise of Violent Crime
Trying to Hide the Rise of Violent Crime - WSJ:
Progressives and their media allies have launched a campaign to deny the ‘Ferguson effect’—but it’s real, and it’s increasingly deadly for inner cities.
Murders and shootings have spiked in many American cities—and so have efforts to ignore or deny the crime increase.
The see-no-evil campaign eagerly embraced a report last month by the Brennan Center for Justice called “Crime in 2015: A Preliminary Analysis.”
Many progressives and their media allies hailed the report as a refutation of what I and others have dubbed the “Ferguson effect”— cops backing off from proactive policing, demoralized by the ugly vitriol directed at them since a police shooting in Ferguson, Mo., last year.
Americans are being asked to disbelieve both the Ferguson effect and its result: violent crime flourishing in the ensuing vacuum.
In fact, the Brennan Center’s report confirms the Ferguson effect, while also showing how clueless the media are about crime and policing.
The Brennan researchers gathered homicide data from 25 of the nation’s 30 largest cities for the period Jan. 1, 2015, to Oct. 1, 2015. (Not included were San Francisco, Indianapolis, Columbus, El Paso and Nashville.)
The researchers then tried to estimate what 2015’s full-year homicide numbers for those 25 cities would be, based on the extent to which homicides were up from January to October this year compared with the similar period in 2014.
The resulting projected increase for homicides in 2015 in those 25 cities is 11%.
(By point of comparison, the FiveThirtyEight data blog looked at the 60 largest cities and found a 16% increase in homicides by September 2015.)
An 11% one-year increase in any crime category is massive; an equivalent decrease in homicides would be greeted with high-fives by politicians and police chiefs. Yet the media have tried to repackage that 11% homicide increase as trivial.
Several strategies are employed to play down the jump in homicides.
The simplest is to hide the actual figure..."

Obama Stoops To New Low...Attacks Trump In The Most Disgusting Way Possible:
"Despite great hopes that President Obama would herald in a post-racial era in America as the first black president, instead it is apparent to many that he has sown the seeds of racial discord at every opportunity. Obama once again provided strong evidence for that criticism in an interview on National Public Radio when he stated that Republican candidate Donald Trump was exploiting the fears of blue-collar men for political gain, and once again, the president played the race card."

Merry Christmas From Obama! Guess What His Vacation Is Costing YOU PER DAY
"The number is $387,895 each and every day.
Well, that’s a very modest estimate, but I’ll take you through how we got there.
Obama has spent roughly $73.7 million in vacations since starting (this year’s Christmas travel alone was $3.7 million).
He has racked up an impressive 190 vacation days in his time is office.
Simply divide 73.7 million by 190 and you get $387,895 each day they are on vacation.
That is $16,162 an hour or $269.37 every minute..."

NYU Spends $1.1 Million To Renovate President's Penthouse While Students Drown in Debt
TaxProf Blog:
"New York University is known for bestowing lavish perks on its leaders.
Its new president, Andrew Hamilton, will be no exception.
Anticipating his January arrival from the University of Oxford, where he has been vice chancellor, N.Y.U. has been completely renovating a 4,200-square-foot penthouse duplex with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and an expansive rooftop terrace.
The apartment is in a landmark building at 37 Washington Square West in Greenwich Village, and it will be Dr. Hamilton’s residence, a university spokesman said.
Described by the university as “swanky” in its prior incarnation as a ceremonial presidential home, the apartment will be more opulent after the transformation, which includes moving a staircase and some existing walls and installing a new kitchen.
The cost?
At least $1.1 million, possibly double — raising questions as N.Y.U. and other universities are under pressure to control costs and high tuition. ...
[L]iberal spending has become increasingly controversial as college tuition and student debt increases, particularly at institutions like N.Y.U. that are not known for generous aid packages. Loans for N.Y.U. faculty vacation homes created an outcry in 2013.
And this September, a group of students, faculty members and neighborhood residents staged a protest opposing an expansion plan, calling it fiscally irresponsible in light of the university’s tuition and its students’ debt, both ranked among the highest in the country. ...
The New York Times disclosed in 2013 that top N.Y.U. administrators and faculty members had been extended loans at extremely favorable terms — in some cases forgiving them over time — for vacation homes in the Hamptons and on Fire Island, where John Sexton, the departing president, had a $1 million university loan for a beach house..."

White men are biggest terrorist threat to U.S., not Muslims, says (democrat) Senator Sherrod Brown
White men are biggest terrorist threat to U.S., not Muslims, says Senator Sherrod Brown
Brown’s words recall a widely-heralded study that was published last summer, claiming that “right-wing extremism” was a bigger threat to the U.S. than jihad, based on the number of Americans killed by each since 9/11.
Not only does this study skew the results by leaving out 9/11, but it also ignored the many, many foiled jihad plots in the U.S. since 9/11.
Also, right-wing extremists like Dylann Roof, the murderer in Charleston, South Carolina, killed because of their paranoid fantasies, but were not part of any movement with an articulated agenda or goal, while Islamic jihadists are members of or ideologically aligned with groups that have declared their intention to destroy the U.S. and the free world.
Islamic jihad groups are determined to kill as many Americans as possible and conquer free societies, and swallowing Brown’s nonsense here will result in the deaths of many Americans.
“White Men Are The Biggest Terrorist Threat To The U.S., Not Muslims — A Reminder From Sen. Sherrod Brown,” by Val Powell, Inquisitr, November 23, 2015:
Muslims and other Middle Eastern people have been falsely branded as terrorists by many, but on Thursday, Sen. Sherrod Brown reminded millions of Americans that most acts of terrorism in the country were carried out by white men and not by Arabs or Muslims.
Brown said that “generally white males” are to blame for many terrorist attacks since September 11, 2001. He cited several incidents of mass shootings in public places in broad daylight and called them “terrorist attacks,” but the only difference is that they were carried out by “different kinds of terrorists.”
“I think most of us recognize, we’re concerned but we also know that we trust the FBI and our security forces to do this right. I mean, since the beginning of the Bush administration when we were attacked, September 11th, we’ve not had any major terrorist attacks in this country,” Brown said, adding that the country has been relatively safe from foreign terrorists...."

I mean, since the beginning of the Bush administration when we were attacked, September 11th, we’ve not had any major terrorist attacks in this country,” Brown said, adding that the country has been relatively safe from foreign terrorists...."
Is Green Energy Making Britons Sick?
Is Green Energy Making Britons Sick? | Power Line:
IS GREEN ENERGY MAKING BRITONS SICK?
That’s the thesis of Eric Worrall at Watts Up With That?:
"Falling living standards are contributing to a shocking surge in malnutrition, and diseases which were prevalent in the 1800s. My question – how much of this hardship is due to the skyrocketing cost of Britain’s green energy disaster?"
Worrall quotes the Independent:
Cases of malnutrition and other “Victorian” diseases are soaring in England, in what campaigners said was a result of cuts to social services and rising food poverty.
NHS statistics show that 7,366 people were admitted to hospital with a primary or secondary diagnosis of malnutrition between August 2014 and July this year, compared with 4,883 cases in the same period from 2010 to 2011 – a rise of more than 50 per cent in just four years.
Cases of other diseases rife in the Victorian era including scurvy, scarlet fever, cholera and whooping cough have also increased since 2010, although cases of TB, measles, typhoid and rickets have fallen.
Chris Mould, chairman of the Trussell Trust, which runs a nationwide network of foodbanks, said they saw “tens of thousands of people who have been going hungry, missing meals and cutting back on the quality of the food they buy”.
Of course, there haven’t been any net “cuts to social services.”
The rising cost of energy no doubt has contributed to the impoverishment of lower-income Britons:
...Still, any way you look at it, needlessly driving up the cost of energy, which in turn increases the cost of everything else, is a crime against the poor."

Ted Cruz vows to trash climate treaty if elected president | National Observer:
"Cruz said that the Paris treaty was simply an excuse for “ideologues,” to gain more government power, just day after 200 nations inked the deal to limit global warming to 1.5°C.
“Barack Obama seems to think the SUV parked in your driveway is a bigger threat to national security than radical Islamic terrorists who want to kill us. That’s just nutty,” said Cruz, who currently serves as a Republican senator."

Hillary Clinton’s Vulgarity Makes Trump Look Like Shakespeare!
Hillary Clinton’s Vulgarity Makes Trump Look Like Shakespeare!
The Shaming of the Shrew
The Shaming of the Shrew
Between the weak economy, chronic civic unrest, and deteriorating international situation, the future POTUS will need to be on the go “from day one” and be able to make critical decisions at3 am in the morning. A candidate’s endurance will be serious consideration when making an informed vote in 2016.
Recapping some current news stories that underscore why the concerns about Clinton’s stamina are valid:
- The extended bathroom break from the recent Democratic debates.
- The blood clot Clinton had in her head, and the blood thinners that she takes required to prevent future clots from developing. Anticoagulants have an array of side effects, including abdominal pain and diarrhea.
- Clinton’s doctor recently reported the Democratic presidential hopeful suffers from hypothyroidism, which can lead to slowed metabolism, fatigue, weight gain, and other issues.
Perhaps the press drama over the word “schlong” is a diversion from the real term we need to focus on, “stamina”?
Clinton is likely to find that Americans are more inclined to vote for a warrior instead of a weeper in the next election.

Satellites show no ‘global warming’ for 18 1/2 years – No N. Pole warming for nearly 14 years – No S. Pole warming for 37 years! | Climate Depot:
U.S. has had no warming for 18 years
South Pole sees no warming for 37 years. 'For the whole of the satellite record, the South Polar region has had a negative trend. So much for a fingerprint of warming due to the enhanced greenhouse effect being greater warming at the Poles!'
The Pause: November 2015 Update
UAH v6.0 (University of Alabama Huntsville satellite) data for November were released a couple of days ago. Here are updated graphs for various regions showing the furthest back one can go to show a zero or negative trend (less than +0.01C/ 100 years) in lower tropospheric temperatures. For the second month of the climb towards the El Nino peak, there is still NO pause in the Northern Hemisphere trend. However, in some regions the pause has lengthened. Note: The satellite record commences in December 1978. The entire satellite record is now 37 years long- 444 months.
Globe:
There has been zero trend for exactly half the record, (and for an increase in CO2 concentration of 37 ppm).
"Christmas" everyday of the year for democrats-----Puerto Rico Misplaced $10 Million Of Federal Grant Money
Puerto Rico Misplaced $10 Million Of Federal Grant Money | The Daily Caller:
Seven years after a Puerto Rico government got $10 million in federal money to build a cemetery and bus station, neither one has been built, and local authorities claim to have no documentation about the projects.
The local government said it has no information about its own decisions, because the only copies of the paperwork are possessed by contractors who are holding it for “ransom.”
The contractors say they’re not cooperating because Puerto Rico stiffed them on payment.
In 2007, the Department of Housing and Urban Development gave the Municipality of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico $2 million to create a mausoleum.
The money was required to be spent by 2010.
This year, construction had not started, because of “problems accessing the project site,” which was on land that had long been owned by the local government itself.
Another $6 million-plus was for construction of a four-story building containing parking and a bus terminal, also distributed in 2007 and to be spent by 2010, and with no changes permitted.
By 2015, the abandoned frame of a five-story building sat on the site, with Puerto Rico demanding more federal money to complete the expanded project.
The federal money was supposed to be a loan, but HUD secured no collateral before disbursing the funds, leaving the department with little leverage to prevent an entity from walking away with the money, according to a report this month from the department’s inspector general.
“The records maintained did not properly account for program income, accounts receivable, and capital assets,” the IG audit found.
“The municipality did not maintain a general ledger for the Section 108 program.
The accounting record maintained was a check register that contained incorrect balances and transactions that were not recorded.”
These examples provide some insight as to why Puerto Rico is $70 billion in debt and seeking to declare bankruptcy to avoid paying its creditors..."

GOP Candidate Makes Huge Move To Kill Obama's Gun Control Plan... This Needs EVERYONE's Support:
"There is no question that President Barack Obama abhors the Second Amendment and will do whatever he can, whether within his scope of power or not, to infringe upon the natural gun rights enjoyed by all American citizens.
In fact, it is expected that Obama will issue some sort of executive order in the near future, ostensibly to tighten restrictions on firearms."

FLASHBACK: Obama Promises No Vacations For Himself As President [VIDEO] | The Daily Caller: "
Weasel Zippers has revived an old video of Barack Obama promising not to take vacations if he were elected president.
The video features then-Sen. Obama discussing his book “The Audacity Of Hope” with New York Times columnist Bob Herbert in 2008.
The future president was talking about how those running for president need to be prepared to “give their life to it.”
“The bargain that any president strikes with is, you give me this office and in turn my, fears, doubts, insecurities, foibles, need for sleep, family life, vacations, leisure is gone,” Obama said.
“I am giving myself to you.”"
