DAMNABLE: New Benghazi Bombshell Reveals Why We Should NEVER Forgive Hillary & Obama ⋆ Doug Giles ⋆ #ClashDaily:
"This is a major game changer for Hillary and Obama — and it proves that they definitely have blood on their hands.
The evidence is overwhelming that the United States had several rescue teams ready to go during the 2012 Benghazi attacks, but someone — possibly the president himself — prevented them from acting. So said Emmy Award-winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson to talk show host Steve Malzberg in an interview on Wednesday."

Bay Bridge reopening after protesters chain themselves, shut down span
Bay Bridge reopening after protesters chain themselves, shut down span - SFGate
Highway police reopened three westbound lanes of the Bay Bridge that were blocked by protesters who brought traffic to a standstill Monday afternoon by chaining their vehicles across the five lanes of the busy span.
The protesters apparently drove onto the bridge in five cars around 4 p.m., stopping their cars near the new eastern span tower — one in each of the five lanes.
Protesters stepped out and strung chain through each of the cars and across the lanes, forcing traffic to a halt well into the MacArthur Maze in the East Bay.
About 30 minutes after the bridge was blocked, police began arresting the protesters, who were placed in zip-tie handcuffs and moved to the shoulder of the highway so that three lanes could be reopened.
About a dozen or more protesters were detained.
The protest group, an offshoot of the Black Lives Matter movement is “a black queer liberation collective” that calls themselves Black.Seed, Mia Birdsong, a spokeswoman for the group said.
“This action in particular was really about taking a strong, courageous stand in solidarity with MLK,” Birdsong said.

Blow up the administrative state
Glenn Reynolds: Blow up the administrative state:
Constitutional convention could wrest power from political class and return it to states and people.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wants to amend the Constitution.
His proposed changes:
This proposal has shocked some people.
Writing in The Washington Post, Catherine Rampell — apparently unaware that the Constitution itself provides for amendments — is appalled, saying that Abbot wants to ”blow ... up” the Constitution.
According to Rampell’s analysis, if you love the Constitution, you can’t simultaneously want to change it.
This would come as a surprise to the framers, who actually ratified the Constitution and then, immediately, passed 10 amendments known as the Bill of Rights.
They then followed up in short order with the 11th Amendment — protecting state sovereignty from federal courts — and the 12th Amendment, which corrected serious problems in the way presidential elections were conducted.
...I'm not yet ready to say that a convention to discuss constitutional amendments is a good idea.
But to the extent it panics our current political class, which I believe to be probably the worst political class in our nation's history, it's looking like a better one."

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wants to amend the Constitution.
His proposed changes:
- Prohibit Congress from regulating activity that occurs wholly within one state.
- Require Congress to balance its budget.
- Prohibit administrative agencies — and the un-elected bureaucrats that staff them — from creating federal law.
- Prohibit administrative agencies — and the un-elected bureaucrats that staff them — from preempting state law.
- Allow a two-thirds majority of the states to override a U.S. Supreme Court decision.
- Require a seven-justice super-majority vote for U.S. Supreme Court decisions that invalidate a democratically enacted law.
- Restore the balance of power between the federal and state governments by limiting the former to the powers expressly delegated to it in the Constitution.
- Give state officials the power to sue in federal court when federal officials overstep their bounds.
- Allow a two-thirds majority of the states to override a federal law or regulation.

Why the Leader of a European Country Says It’s ‘Practically Impossible’ to Integrate Muslims into Europe | TheBlaze.com:
"The president of the Czech Republic says it is “practically impossible” to integrate Muslims into European societies, because their culture is so different.
“The experience of Western European countries which have ghettos and excluded localities shows that the integration of the Muslim community is practically impossible,” Czech President Milos Zeman said Sunday in a television interview, Agence France-Presse reported.
“Let them have their culture in their countries and not take it to Europe, otherwise it will end up like Cologne,” he said, referring to the German city where there were reports of widespread sexual assaults during New Year’s Eve celebrations, many involving Middle Eastern migrants."

"This former veteran SEAL´s assessment makes a whole lot more sense to me than all the drivel we´ve heard from inside the beltway.
I rarely pull out my dusty old trident, but in this case, here goes. I was a Navy SEAL officer in the 1980s, and this kind of operation (transiting small boats in foreign waters) was our bread and butter. Today, these boats both not only had radar, but multiple GPS devices, including chart plotters that place your boat´s icon right on the chart. The claim by Iran that the USN boats "strayed into Iranian waters" is complete bull$#it.
For an open-water transit between nations, the course is studied and planned in advance by the leaders of the Riverine Squadron, with specific attention given to staying wide and clear of any hostile nation´s claimed territorial waters. The boats are given a complete mechanical check before departure, and they have sufficient fuel to accomplish their mission plus extra. If, for some unexplainable and rare circumstance one boat broke down, the other would tow it, that´s why two boats go on these trips and not one! It´s called "self-rescue" and it´s SOP.
This entire situation is in my area of expertise. I can state with complete confidence that both Iran and our own State Department are lying. The boats did not enter Iranian waters. They were overtaken in international waters by Iranian patrol boats that were so superior in both speed and firepower that it became a "hands up!" situation, with automatic cannons in the 40mm to 76mm range pointed at them point-blank. Surrender, hands up, or be blown out of the water. I assume that the Iranians had an English speaker on a loudspeaker to make the demand. This takedown was no accident or coincidence; it was a planned slap across America´s face.
Just watch. The released sailors will be ordered not to say a word about the incident, and the Iranians will have taken every GPS device, chart-plotter etc. off the boats, so that we will not be able to prove where our boats were taken.
They "strayed into Iranian waters" story being put out by Iran and our groveling and appeasing State Dept. Is utter and complete BS from one end to the other.

What Happened Off Farsi Island? | The American Spectator
Now that the International Atomic Energy Agency has found Iran to be in compliance with Obama’s nuclear weapons agreement, sanctions have been lifted, more than a hundred billion dollars have been released to the Iranians to do with what they please, and several Americans have been returned from Iranian captivity.
All is well. Everyone should be relaxed and happy, right?
The Iranians, at long last, are our friends. Well, no.
On the day of Obama’s last State of the Union speech, two U.S. Navy boats carrying ten sailors were captured by Iranian Forces near Farsi Island in the Persian Gulf.
The next day they were released. But there are a lot of important questions left unanswered about their capture and the sailors’ behavior while in captivity.
These questions are important to the future of our navy because the answers to them may point to damage done by Obama and his team that urgently needs to be repaired.
The facts we know are few.
Two riverine patrol boats, part of the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, were traveling from Kuwait to Bahrain (a distance of roughly 200 miles) and were supposed to meet a refueling boat along the way.
One boat experienced engine trouble but was still able to proceed at lower than usual speed.
When they came somewhere near Iran’s Farsi Island they were confronted by an Iranian force and surrendered.

Islamist running 140 tax-funded charter schools in U.S.
Document: Islamist running 140 tax-funded charter schools in U.S.
Muhammad Fethullah Gülen is a Turkish Islamist, writer and preacher with a secret plan for bringing Shariah law to America.
Arguably Turkey’s most influential spiritual leader of the past 50 years, Gülen left that country in the late 1990s and now directs his cult-like Islamic movement from a guarded compound in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
Part of his empire consists of a thriving network of more than 140 charter schools in 26 states that sell themselves to parents as a secular and more academically rigorous alternative to public schools.
As the second largest chain of charter schools in the United States, Gülen schools rake in tens of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars every year.
But the schools, which have nondescript names like Horizon Science Academies in Illinois, Harmony School of Excellence in Washington, D.C., and Magnolia Science Academies in California, have long been the subject of investigations into alleged corruption scandals involving conflicts of interest, influence peddling and visa abuse.
USA Today reported recently that the Gülen faith movement secretly funded 200 overseas trips for congressional lawmakers and staff since 2008.
“Turkish leaders have asked the United States to extradite Gülen from the remote compound in rural Pennsylvania where he has lived for 20 years.
The movement has founded hundreds of charter schools across the United States and around the world, has its own media organizations, and was deeply entrenched with the Turkish regime until a falling out two years ago.
That led President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to declare Gülen was running ‘a parallel state’ inside the country with the intent of undermining the government.”

BREAKING: U.S. House Makes Massive Announcement About Muslim Immigration:
"After much outcry from American people, the Republican controlled Congress is listening to Americans’ demands to halt the flow of refugees into America.
“Our nation has always been welcoming, but we cannot let terrorists take advantage of our compassion,” House Speaker Paul Ryan told reporters, according to The Hill. “This is a moment where it’s better to be safe than to be sorry.”
Many Americans have expressed concern over President Barack Obama‘s ambitious plan to resettle 10,000 refugees over the next year. The revelation that some of the Paris attackers used the refugee crisis to infiltrate Europe has only increased concerns."

Georgia Woman Pulls Gun on Intruder Who Had Just Gotten Out of Jail
Georgia Woman Pulls Gun on Intruder Who Had Just Gotten Out of Jail
While the democratic presidential candidates fight over who is more anti-gun and who has a lower NRA rating, one Georgia woman has used her 2nd amendment rights to protect herself and her children from an intruder who broke into her home.
She had a gun in one hand and a phone in the other, but it’s not the call to 911 that sent the intruder running.
The home invader had just gotten out of prison but all that prison time did nothing to deter this criminal from carrying out yet another crime.
According to WJCL News,
“I would have definitely shot him before I let him come up the stairs to my kids,” Kim Lyle says. “I have no doubt in my mind I would have shot him.”
Lyle says in seven years of living in her home on Jones Street, she has never experienced anything like this.
She says police were able to get to her home in just a few minutes to track the suspect down.
Still, she is left wondering, with that man’s number of arrests, how he was able to be there in the first place.
Lyle says she and her children were on the second floor of their home on Jones Street, sleeping, when she was awoken by her back door chime downstairs.
She knew right away, someone was in her house.
“I grabbed my gun and I went to the stairs and I screamed,” she says. “I said, ‘I am armed. And I will shoot.’
She says she then went to find her phone and dial 911.
“I was shaking so bad, I was scared,” she says.
“Because I didn’t know. I mean someone was in my home, I was completely violated and vulnerable, I didn’t know what to do. I was really scared.”..."

Across Michigan, thousands of children are dealing with the effects of lead poisoning. Although much of the focus has been on lead in Flint’s water supply, in many parts of the state the percentage of children with elevated levels of lead exceed rates in Flint.
While man-made decision on Flint’s water supply are the cause of the abrupt rise in rates there, the culprit elsewhere around the state is often lead paint found in older homes.

I know, I know.
As if you needed any more reasons to not vote Hillary Clinton.
See, Hillary Clinton says that all women have a right to be believed when they say they were raped.
This was of course news to Juanita Broadderick as well as all the other women who accused Bill Clinton of unwanted sexual advances and worse, all of whom Hillary Clinton didn’t believe. Actually is was much worse than Hillary Clinton not believing these women.
Hillary Clinton actively worked toward discrediting and/or destroying these women.
Hell hath no fury than a scorned woman married to a rapist with political aspirations of her own. Also an “impressive” closet of pantsuits.

Broadderick isn’t staying quiet any more, taking to Twitter, and sharing this shocking event on a recent radio appearance…
“I was shocked to say the least that he [Bill Clinton] would have the audacity to call me after what he did to me,” Broadderick shared on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio,” the widely listened to Sunday night radio program.According to Broadderick, just a few weeks after the 1978 alleged assault, then-attorney general of Arkansas and candidate for governor Clinton called the nursing home that she owned, requesting to speak with her.“He immediately said, ‘Hi, this is Bill Clinton. I was just wondering when you were coming back to Little Rock again,’” Broadderick described.“This just caught me so off guard. I had not expected anything like this at all. And I told him I would not be coming back to Little Rock again and definitely would not ever be seeing him again. And I hung up.”
Okay, so picture this. Bill Clinton has allegedly (have to say “allegedly” for legal reasons) raped you.
After attacking you, as he’s leaving the hotel room, he tells you to put some ice on the bloody lip he caused.
Then you, the victim, try to get back to your life.
The wife of your attacker is against you, doing everything she can to discredit and drag you through the mud.
Why?
No, not because you raided her collection of pantsuits.
For the simple reason her husband raped you.
Bear that all in mind, okay?

So you go back to work, trying to find some peace in routine.
When, out of the blue, you get a call from your attacker, who pulls out the creep card and asks when you’ll be back in his area.
Presumably, so he can attack you again (ALLEGEDLY).
Not so you can have coffee and talk about your feelings."

FRAUD!!! Obama Lied And Misled About Iran Deal -Hostage Exchange On Sunday:
"In the end Iran released our hostages in exchange for Obama being able to claim Iran’s nuke program was neutralized, 7 criminals, a lifting of sanctions and anywhere between $100 and $150 billion dollars, and being able to sell its oil on the world market.
The bottom line is Iran got everything, and the U.S. basically taught terrorists around the world that the way to get their terrorists out of jail is to kidnap some Americans.
Once again our president has been played for a fool."

Weeks after Saudi Arabia becomes Twitter’s 2nd biggest shareholder, Twitter cracks down on criticism of Islam | The Muslim Issue:
Facebook is very fond of Saudi Arabia and makes a special case to honor their crackdown on free speech and anything haram against Islam.
Strange how Zuckerberg honors the wishes of a brutal regime that would never have allowed someone like him to create a socal media platform in the first place.
YouTube has also fallen in line and makes sure it is becoming more Sharia-complaint and less democratic.
Gmail is not far behind and will willingly comply with any complaints coming from the new UN envoy for human rights where more than 2,000 executions by beheading is committed each year by a single executioner.
And you can bring popcorn and watch it with your kids on chop-chop square in the Koran-belt of Riyadh.
A report from the UK a few months ago revealed that these companies were more eager to give details of account ip’s and ownership to Arab inquiries than to Western government’s.
Now what does that tell us?
Hypocritical traitor,s anyone?
And now Twitter….

5 Faith Facts Every Christian Voter Should Know About Ted Cruz — Charisma News:
"Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, who tipped off an avalanche of 2016 GOP presidential candidates when he declared his run in March, ties every move he makes, every breath he takes, to God.
It's been that way all his 44 years — from his childhood in evangelical private schools, up through his 2012 Senate race aimed squarely at social conservatives, up to his campaign kickoff at Jerry Falwell-founded Liberty University. Here are five faith facts about Cruz:"

‘I also want to thank the Iranian authorities for their cooperation and quick response.’
From remarks delivered by Secretary of State John Kerry at National Defense University in Washington, D.C., Jan. 13:
"I want to underscore how pleased I am that our sailors were safely returned into the United States’ hands this morning.
As a former sailor myself . . . I know as well as anybody how important our naval presence is around the world, and certainly in the Gulf region.
And I could not be, and I know the president could not be, prouder of our men and women in uniform.
I also want to thank the Iranian authorities for their cooperation and quick response.
These are always situations, which as everybody here knows, have an ability, if not properly guided, to get out of control.
And I’m appreciative for the quick and appropriate response of the Iranian authorities.
All indications suggest, or tell us, that our sailors were well taken care of, provided with blankets and food, and assisted with their return to the fleet earlier today.
And I think we can all imagine how a similar situation might have played out three or four years ago. And in fact it is clear that today this kind of issue was able to be peacefully resolved and officially resolved, and that is a testament to the critical role that diplomacy plays in keeping our country safe, secure and strong."

Christian Monastery in Jerusalem Defaced with Anti-Christian Graffiti | TheBlaze.com:
"Anti-Christian graffiti was found scrawled Sunday morning on the walls of Jerusalem’s Dormition Abbey, a Benedictine monastery on Mt. Zion.
Photos posted by the Assembly of Catholic Bishops showed the Hebrew graffiti which read, “Christians to hell,” and “Death to the heretic Christians, enemies of Israel.”
Other slogans read: “The revenge of the people of Israel is yet to come” accompanied by a scribbled sword, Star of David and “idols will be extirpated,” a reference to a Jewish prayer."

Mega-liberal Nicholas Kristof?!!-----Some Inconvenient Gun Facts for Liberals
Some Inconvenient Gun Facts for Liberals - The New York Times:
"FOR those of us who argue in favor of gun safety laws, there are a few inconvenient facts.
We liberals are sometimes glib about equating guns and danger.
In fact, it’s complicated:
The number of guns in America has increased by more than 50 percent since 1993, and in that same period the gun homicide rate in the United States has dropped by half.
Then there are the policies that liberals fought for, starting with the assault weapons ban.
A 113-page study found no clear indication that it reduced shooting deaths for the 10 years it was in effect.
That’s because the ban was poorly drafted, and because even before the ban, assault weapons accounted for only 2 percent of guns used in crimes.
Move on to open-carry and conceal-carry laws:
With some 13 million Americans now licensed to pack a concealed gun, many liberals expected gun battles to be erupting all around us.
In fact, the most rigorous analysis suggests that all these gun permits caused neither a drop in crime (as conservatives had predicted) nor a spike in killings (as liberals had expected).
Liberals were closer to the truth, for the increase in carrying loaded guns does appear to have led to more aggravated assaults with guns, but the fears were overblown..."

Air Force to consider dropping ‘man’ from ‘airman’
Air Force to consider dropping ‘man’ from ‘airman’ | BizPac Review
The Air Force said it will conduct a review to determine whether the use of “airman” is appropriate given the military’s push towards full gender equality.
An Air Force spokeswoman told Air Force Times the service is “dedicated to a culture of inclusiveness which enables all airmen to make their greatest contributions to mission success.
“While a review of job titles is not currently underway, we continually review all aspects of our programs and a review of job titles will be included as we proceed with the full integration of women into all Air Force occupational specialties.”
This confirms that a review of job titles, like the one initiated by Navy Secretary Ray Mabus, is soon coming. Mabus’ review resulted in an order to the Marine Corps to purge the word “man” from job titles, with the exception that compound words can remain the same.
In other words, “infantryman” is acceptable, but “reconnaissance man” is not.
That order came as part of the broader initiative to open all combat roles to women.
There are six male-only jobs in the Air Force, but that number will soon drop to zero April 1.

El Chapo's Son Just Sent A TERRIFYING Threat: 'We Put You In The Presidency, We...':
"Mexican authorities have had a long battle with one of that nation’s most powerful and brutal drug lords, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman. The notorious head of the Sinaloa Cartel has been captured several times, yet every time he’s thrown in prison he has managed to escape. And now that El Chapo has been captured yet again, his son has issued chilling threats to officials in Mexico."

Anyone think Dr. would be a democrat today? Not!------MLK on the Purpose of Education: 8 Quotes
MLK on the Purpose of Education: 8 Quotes | Intellectual Takeout:
January 15th marks the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the great leader of the American Civil Rights Movement.
January 15th marks the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the great leader of the American Civil Rights Movement.
As the quotes below illustrate, Dr. King promoted a traditional understanding of education in which students learn to think for themselves while simultaneously developing in virtue.
Are today’s schools failing to give students the kind of education that Dr. King promoted?
- “Education must enable a man to become more efficient, to achieve with increasing facility the legitimate goals of his life.”
- “To save man from the morass of propaganda, in my opinion, is one of the chief aims of education.”
- “A great majority of the so-called educated people do not think logically and scientifically. Even the press, the classroom, the platform, and the pulpit in many instances do not give us objective and unbiased truths.”
- “Education must enable one to sift and weigh evidence, to discern the true from the false, the real from the unreal, and the facts from the fiction.”
- “The function of education, therefore, is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.”
- “The complete education gives one not only power of concentration, but worthy objectives upon which to concentrate.”
- “[E]ducation which stops with efficiency may prove the greatest menace to society. The most dangerous criminal may be the man gifted with reason, but with no morals.”
- “Intelligence plus character--that is the goal of true education.”
Cherry on Top: Iran to Get $1.7 Billion Settlement from U.S. in Addition to Sanctions Relief
Cherry on Top: Iran to Get $1.7 Billion Settlement from U.S. in Addition to Sanctions Relief | PJ Media:
President Obama today declared at the White House that "Iran will not get its hands on a nuclear bomb" and that their "tireless" negotiations paid off with several American hostages coming home.
..."So, nuclear deal implemented. American families reunited.
The third piece of this work that we got done this weekend involved the United States and Iran resolving a financial dispute that dated back more than three decades.
Since 1981, after our nations severed diplomatic relations, we’ve worked through a international tribunal to resolve various claims between our countries.
The United States and Iran are now settling a longstanding Iranian government claim against the United States government.
Iran will be returned its own funds, including appropriate interest, but much less than the amount Iran sought," Obama said.
That payout to Iran from the United States?
$1.7 billion.
Secretary of State John Kerry said today that the settlement is $400 million debt and $1.3 billion in interest dating back to the Islamic revolution.
That's separate from the sanctions windfall Iran will receive..."
