"Sanity finally prevailed in Arizona on Monday when a federal judge lifted another judge’s previously instituted ban that had blocked Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio from conducting raids on workplaces that knowingly or unknowingly employed illegal immigrants.

According to The Arizona Republic, the original lawsuit filed by civil rights grievance mongers argued against state laws that made it a felony for illegal immigrants to use stolen identities to acquire employment."

Stuff you need to know!-----You lock your doors. Why leave your bank and credit card info unlocked?-----Five ways to take your passwords to the next level

Five ways to take your passwords to the next level:
"World Password Day is apparently a day for “taking our passwords to the next level”, so here are five traditions the crooks and password crackers really, really don’t want us to start.
In 2007, Dinei Florencio and Cormac Herley at Microsoft Research looked into the password habits of half a million users in their large-scale study of website password habits.
They found that the average user needed about 25 distinct passwords but only had about six.
The average user has 6.5 passwords, each of which is shared across 3.9 different sites.
Each user has about 25 accounts that require passwords.
That’s a problem because it rewards anyone who steals one of your passwords with the key to a number of other sites as well, making the damage far worse."

Meet The Company That Poached The FBI's Entire Silk Road Investigation Team - Slashdot
Patrick O'Neill quotes a report from The Daily Dot:
The FBI team that brought down Silk Road has a new home. After headline-grabbing investigations, arrests, and prosecutions on some of America's highest-profile cybercriminals, five of U.S. law enforcement's most prized cybercrime aces have all left government service for greener pastures -- a titan consulting firm called Berkeley Research Group (BRG). BRG's newly hired gang of five includes former federal prosecutor Thomas Brown, as well as former FBI agents Christopher Tarbell, Thomas Kiernan, and Ilhwan Yum -- names that punctuated many of the biggest cybercrime stories of the last decade including Silk Road, LulzSec, Liberty Reserve, as well as the hacks of Citibank, PNC Bank, and the Rove Digital botnet; and the prosecution of Samarth Agrawal for stealing crucial code for high-frequency trading from the multinational, multibillion dollar bank Societe Generale."

Do victim's lives matter?-----Civil Rights Leader Warns About More Black-On-Black Crime

Civil Rights Leader Warns About More Black-On-Black Crime | The Daily Caller:
"A member of the U.S Commission on Civil Rights sent a letter to Senators Thursday warning them of an increase in black-on-black crime due to sentencing reform.
“I live in a predominantly black area of inner-city Cleveland.
For my neighbors and me, these concerns are not remote.
When these men are released from prison earlier than they otherwise would have been, they are coming back to my neighborhood and neighborhoods like mine,” Peter Kirsanow wrote in the letter to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The committee has recently approved a criminal justice reform bill that lowers mandatory minimums and will allow convicts have to their sentences retroactively reduced.
The bill has 37 bipartisan cosponsors.(RELATED: Criminal Justice Bill Lowers Punishments For Smuggling Drugs In Submarines)
Kirsanow in his letter wrote, “The Sentencing Reform Act is predicated on the belief that rehabilitation is not only possible, but likely.
Yet scholarly literature indicates that a person who has been convicted of multiple offenses is always more likely to offend (again) than is a person who has never offended.”...

Sounds like the perfect video to send Hillary-----Pro-ISIS Account Posts Suicide Vest Instructional Video

Pro-ISIS Account Posts Suicide Vest Instructional Video :: The Investigative Project on Terrorism: "
"...A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group calling itself "Cyber Kahilafah" released a step-by-step video in Arabic Sunday showing how to build a suicide vest.
It appears to be a mashup of earlier videos, borrowing its beginning from a January video that showed the ISIS Paris attackers engaging in beheadings and other brutal activities.
That video was produced by the ISIS-controlled Al-Hayat Media. Cyber Kahilafah's video is grainier and cruder than typical Al-Hayat productions.
Arabic instructions are superimposed over earlier ones written in the Cyrillic alphabet, likely in Russian.
In the video, Arabic instructions give the user a step-by-step guide to assembling the suicide vest's components, including detonating cord, buckshot, switches, wires, a trigger button, cardboard, LEDs, a nine-volt battery and a detonator housing.
At the same time an instructor assembles the components, while an Islamic nasheed (chant) is heard in the background singing about jihad against the unbelievers..."

At UNC, red party cups swapped with ones telling students to save planet, avoid rape - The College Fix:
"Protecting the environment and stopping sexual assault are two concepts rarely linked – yet an activist group at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill has managed to combine the two on an unlikely source: party cups.
Yes, the ubiquitous red cups favored among partying college students nationwide were recently swapped out at a UNC fete with clear cups declaring “Respectful of each other.
Grateful for the earth” on one side, “Get the conversation started about sexual assault” on the other, and a tagline: “Please compost this cup.”
The activist group behind the cups is Carolina Conscious, which describes itself online as “a growing group of students dedicated to helping the entire Carolina community improve our campus.”
Their main brainchild so far is the compostable, disposable cups that aim to “act as a reminder to maintain conscious, ethical behavior in social settings,” the group says on Facebook.
The effectiveness of the cups’ message, however, did not appear to widely resonate at the party – at least when it comes to protecting the planet.
Many of the Carolina Conscious cups could be seen trashed on the ground both during and after the celebration..."

An evil man-----Obama’s Absurd Order To Strip 200,000 Veterans Of Their Firearms And Finances

Obama’s Absurd Order To Strip 200,000 Veterans Of Their Firearms And Finances | American Military News:
"A bill is being proposed that could help almost 200,000 veterans preserve their right to keep and bear arms and their right to their own finances – both of which Obama is trying to take away.
The legislation is being spearheaded by Senator Rand Paul who introduced the bill on April 19, 2016. Here is Rand Paul’s press release on the issue on his website.
This bill is a response to an executive action passed by President Obama in Jan. 2016.
Here is the White House’s press release on the action.
The executive action passed by Obama targets, in part with previous laws and regulations, veterans and calls into question their “mental competence”.
Shortly after the action was passed veterans began receiving letters from the VA stating that an “unidentified report” indicated they may be declared “incompetent” or “mentally defective” and would be stripped of their 2nd Amendment rights.
These vets were then told they would need to prove competence within 60 days.
Along with losing their 2nd Amendment rights vets were also threatened with losing the right to control their own finances.
Any veteran declared “incompetent” would also have a fiduciary appointed to them by the VA. Again, they were given 60 days to prove their competence..."
