Boston Globe Investigation: 30% of Released Criminal Aliens Commit New Crimes | NumbersUSA: "The Boston Globe conducted an investigation review of 323 criminal aliens released in New England from 2008 to 2012 and found that 30% of these criminal aliens went on to commit more crimes, including rape, robbery, and murder, after being released.
This is a much higher rate than ICE and the Obama administration have reported.
President Obama has claimed that deporting criminal aliens is a “priority” under his Priority Enforcement Program (PEP), but under this new policy 60% of all criminal aliens were released in 2015 alone according to ICE.
PEP prohibits ICE agents from targeting most illegal aliens for removal, unless they commit a “serious” crime or are considered a national security threat.
In February a letter from ICE to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), showed that 130 murders or attempted murders have been committed by released criminal aliens since 2010.
ICE does not collect recidivism data on the criminal aliens they release so the Boston Globe conducted its own investigation..."

Appears Judge Gonzalo Curiel May Be the Racist…not Trump
Appears Judge Gonzalo Curiel May Be the Racist…not Trump | Canada Free Press:
"Before getting into the racially-challenged Judge Curiel, here is a brief history of La Raza for those who are, yet, unfamiliar with the organization.
I started writing about La Raza (and MEChA) in 2006.
Both of these are virulent racist anti-white organizations that want to have US land ceded to Mexico, will affect riots and all manner of violence to do so and have gotten a pass from the current administration...
The Southwest Council of La Raza (SWCLR) was founded in 1968 and with funding from—amongst others—the leftist Ford Foundation, it quickly became the National Council of La Raza (NCLR).
La Raza means “The Race” and it began as a Mexican-specific organization.
The group’s motto is “Everything for The Race. Outside The Race…Nothing!”
La Raza is a hard-line Marxist organization and it openly expresses hatred for white people.
Even Marxist Cesar Chavez talked against the group when he commented “I hear more and more Mexicans talking about la raza—to build up their pride.
Some people don’t look at it as racism, but when you say ‘La Raza,’ you are saying an anti-gringo thing, and it won’t stop there.
Today it’s anti-gringo, tomorrow it will be anti-Negro..."
Judge Curiel is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association.
Most of these attorney groups claim they have “no affiliation with NCLR”.
However, they seem to follow the same tenets as the national group, including but, not limited to support for illegal immigrants (specifically Mexican, Latino, Hispanic) entering the USA.
Continuing to flout US law, Judge Curiel, also, gave US school scholarships to Mexican illegal aliens.
An Obama-appointed judge who won’t obey laws he doesn’t like.
Hmmm.
Sound familiar?..."

What Obama's Pentagon Just Purchased From The Middle East Will Give You Chills:
"In a shocking move, the Pentagon just announced that they would be buying the most advanced microchips for its spy satellites, missiles and airplanes from a company in the United Arab Emirates, leading many to question whether sabotage might be possible.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the deal with Abu Dhabi-based Globalfoundries will run through 2023.
At least at the moment, Globalfoundries will be the only company supplying the United States with advanced microprocessors.
The General Accountability Office and lawmakers had expressed doubt about having a single source for the microchips, especially given the sensitive location of the parent company.
...Nevertheless, an Obama administration official said that the role of the Pentagon was to look to other nations for our military technology..."

LIBERTY REVIEW
LIBERTY REVIEW:
http://libertyreview76.blogspot.com/2016/06/impaired-thoughtprocess-by-tammy.html
We have lost our moral and ethical
compass. What was once right is now wrong and what was once wrong is now right.
Through the guidance of a president, who would much rather be
king, we are accepting, and in many cases demanding, our own enslavement.
Far too many do not even grasp the seriousness of their demands and
actions. The Left likes to use words such as "free" or
"rights" but only to push entitlements or an agenda. This causes an impaired thought process from
their followers....

Impaired Thought
Process
By Tammy Derouin
Once our world
has crumbled and the dust has settled those who want to make sure history
doesn't repeat, will do some investigating. They will want to know why a
free and independent nation fell for the greatest con of the millennium; the
theft of the United States of America.
How did the most
advanced society on Earth succumb to evil trickery? Why did a thriving,
productive nation which valued freedom and independence turn on itself? We once valued self-reliance. We demanded
answers and insisted on truth and justice.
Why did dependency and entitlements become acceptable? Why did Americans begin to accept fairy
tales, lies and injustice?

Poverty Simulation Camps, How the Rich Learn What It's Like to Be Poor
Poverty Simulation Camps, How the Rich Learn What It's Like to Be Poor - Fortune:
‘Poverty simulation’ camps are popular, and controversial.
Tiela Chalmers, an accomplished lawyer, went to her first “poverty simulation” workshop kit when she was working for a group that helped domestic violence victims.
Assigned an identity — married grandmother raising two grandkids — she was directed to navigate a series of challenges that actual poor people face, such as trying to live on a budget (frequently $300 to $400 a month in such simulations), scraping together money for utilities and children’s eyeglasses, and dealing with health issues without losing hours at work (and income).
She quickly found the logistics overwhelming.
...What was done with little attention in the past has become a small cottage industry, as the privileged try to understand at least a bit of what the poor and refugees face.
The World Economic Forum annual January meeting, where the business and political elite gather in Davos, has held a refugee simulation for the last eight years.
Advocates say the goal is to encourage the affluent to use their time, money and influence to help find solutions.
But critics point to a darker side, where participants can become what you might call misery tourists, collecting experiences and assuaging discomfort by having now done their part.
The Singapore Island Country Club, for instance, was recently criticized when it planned a poverty simulation for its club members; it costs $21,000 a year to belong to the club.
Some people accused the club of “trying to humiliate the poor” and called the undertaking an “exercise in futility.”

TWA 800: The Great Untold Story of Our Time
Articles: TWA 800: The Great Untold Story of Our Time:
"On the pleasant summer evening of July 17, 1996, TWA Flight 800 left JFK Airport in New York bound for Paris.
Twelve minutes after takeoff, about ten miles south of the popular south shore of Long Island, at least two surface-to-air missiles blew the 747 out of the sky, killing all 230 people on board."
"I write the above with 100 percent confidence.
I owe that confidence to the efforts of a small corps of committed individuals -- eyewitnesses, independent researchers, whistleblowers from within the investigation, and family members who have turned their grief into action.
In attempting to get at the truth, at least three of these people were arrested, several others were thrown off the TWA 800 investigation, and every one of them was ridiculed.
In TWA 800: The Crash, The Cover-Up, The Conspiracy (Regnery: July 5), I get to tell their story, an epic one.
What makes the story so compelling is that these everyday citizens have struggled against a Goliath that could not have been more powerful.
The opposition includes, among other powers, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the FBI, and the CIA.
In a totalitarian country, authorities can suppress information at will.
In America, the media have to collaborate in that suppression, and this they did, closing their eyes to the obvious and accepting without evidence the government’s unproven theory of a spontaneous fuel tank explosion.
The fact that TWA 800 went down during the reelection campaign of a popular Democrat contributed mightily to the ensuing psychosis..."

Solution in search of a problem: Critics say rise of transgender rights driven by politics | Fox News:
"Last month, the Obama administration announced a new directive that every public school in the nation must provide transgender access or face the loss of federal funds. The directive came as North Carolina passed a law banning individuals from using public bathrooms that do not correspond with the biological sex listed on their birth certificates.
Also last month, Texas and 10 other states declared they would defy the federal directive and sued the Obama administration over it.

State Dept. Says It Would Need 75 Years to Release Clinton Emails
State Dept. Says It Would Need 75 Years to Release Clinton Emails | PJ Media:
"The State Department said it would take 75 years for the release of emails from top aides to Hillary Clinton while she was serving as secretary of State.
Lawyers said it would take that long to compile the 450,000 pages of records from former Clinton aides Cheryl Mills, Jacob Sullivan and Patrick Kennedy, according to a court filing from last week, which was first reported by CNN.
...This news will be hardest for the rose-colored glasses types out there who still think Her Madameship will get into legal trouble that derails her coronation nomination.
Those of us who have been around to smell all of the Clinton stench on American politics know that they are exceedingly accomplished criminals who are difficult to indict.
Think Al Capone.
It's pretty ironic that the State Department is now stuck on procedure after letting Mrs. Clinton throw the rules to the wind.
You can bet your retirement money that if this were a Republican, State would be having a hiring frenzy that would make the New Deal look like a tepid approach to providing jobs."

Putting America's ridiculously large $18T economy into perspective by comparing US state GDPs to entire countries - AEI:
"... 2. America’s second largest state economy – Texas – produced $1.64 trillion of economic output in 2015, which would have ranked the Lone Star State as the world’s 10th largest economy last year, behind No. 9 Brazil with $1.77 trillion of economic output.
Although Brazil out-produced Texas last year by almost 8%, the workforce of Brazil is around 91 million employees compared to payroll employment in Texas of only about 12 million.
So to produce just slightly more economic output last year, Brazil’s workforce is larger by almost 80 million workers compared to the US!"

President Obama is burning his so-called bridges to a “green energy” future that will leave America’s families and industries powerlessly impoverished.
Any notions that generously subsidized solar and wind will significantly compensate capacity losses from shuttered coal plants and overregulated oil and natural gas suppliers are scientifically and economically delusional.
And as for any prospects that truly clean non-fossil nuclear or hydropower can make up the slack, forget about that too.
Let’s start with some simple arithmetic. If you have heard some really exciting news that the Obama Administration has already doubled the amount of total U.S. energy derived from “renewable alternative” sources (solar, wind, and biofuels), that would be true.
Thanks largely to $150 billion in generous federal subsidies, combined total renewables (not including hydropower) grew from supplying slightly more than 2% of our “primary fuel” (including electricity) to a whopping 4% today.
Meanwhile over the same period, the total increase of non-subsidized oil and gas also doubled, but added eight times more energy than the total growth of wind, solar, and biofuels combined. Oil and gas now supply about 63% of all U.S. primary fuel. Coal provides another 19%.
Greenpeace Faces a Resolute Opponent
Greenpeace Faces a Resolute Opponent | The American Spectator
"Finally, courage to counterpunch the green bullies.
When the name Resolute was chosen in 2011, after the merger of Bowater and Abitibi-Consolidated, the Canadian company, a global leader in the forest products industry and the largest producer of newsprint in the world, likely didn’t know what a harbinger it was.
Today, it stands alone, set in purpose, with firmness and determination.
Displaying the rare courage to stand up to the typical environmental extremists’ campaign of misinformation and shaming designed to shut it down, Resolute Forest Products is fighting back.
Many people are probably unaware of the shakedown tactics used by groups whose touchy-feely names belie their true goals.
Like most companies, Resolute originally went along.
As Peter Foster explains in the Financial Post: “a cabal of radical environmental non-governmental organizations, ENGOs — including Greenpeace, ForestEthics and the David Suzuki Foundation — agreed to stop their campaigns of customer harassment in return for the members of the Forest Products Association of Canada, FPAC, agreeing to sanitize a swathe of the Canadian Boreal forest, and to ‘consult’ on development plans.
...Despite that, using a campaign of lies and intimidation, ENGOs have constantly attacked Resolute. At one point, in 2012, the false claims were so egregious, Resolute threatened legal action against Greenpeace — which garnered an unprecedented apology and retraction from Greenpeace.
However, it came back with vengeance.
Greenpeace continued to publicize the same false statements and dubbed Resolute a Boreal forest “destroyer.”
Engaged in a war without violence, Greenpeace has since attacked Rite-Aid Pharmacy for “getting millions of pounds of paper from controversial logging giant Resolute Forest Products,” calling Resolute “a company with a history of environmental destruction.”
Greenpeace was successful with a similar harassment campaign against Best-Buy. Resolute was the company’s primary paper supplier, but due to the shaming, Best-Buy announced it would seek other sources.
Greenpeace has no plans to stop the tactic.
Other targeted companies include Canadian Tire (a retailer with more than 1,700 outlets), Home Depot and Office Depot, Proctor & Gamble and 3M.
Foster reports: “Greenpeace itself has calculated that its campaigns have cost Resolute at least $100 million.”
Somewhere between the Greenpeace retraction and May 2013, an epiphany — similar to what occurred between the president of the U.S. and the space alien in the movie Independence Day — must have taken place.
...On May 23, 2013, Resolute filed a lawsuit against Greenpeace claiming it damaged the company’s “business, goodwill and reputation.”
The suit asserts defamation, malicious falsehood, and intentional interference with economic relations and seeks damages of $5 million as well as punitive damages of $2 million, plus costs.
...While the Canadian lawsuit makes its way through the courts and the appeals process, Resolute has just taken another bold step to defend itself against the green bully’s attacks.
On May 31, Resolute took a page from the ENGO’s playbook and, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, filed a civil RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) suit against Greenpeace and a number of its associates who, though they claim to be independent, act cooperatively..."

The Robot Judge
The Robot Judge | Scott Adams Blog:
"If you have been watching CNN, you know Anderson Cooper has been reporting about the discovery that a sitting judge is actually a robot.
His name is Gonzalo Curiel and he is presiding over the Trump University case.
Curiel looks human on the outside, and he has passed as human for decades.
But Cooper made it clear in his interviews yesterday that while science understands that 100% of humans are biased about just about everything, this robot judge is not susceptible to being influenced by his life experiences.
It sounds deeply implausible, but no one on CNN challenged Cooper’s implication that Judge Curiel is the only bias-free entity in the universe.
Ergo, he must be a robot.
Anyway, lots of folks on Twitter are asking me why Trump would accuse the robot judge of being “Mexican” when that is obviously a racist thing to say.
Did Trump make a huge mistake, or is it some sort of clever persuasion thing?
Let’s dig into that.
For starters, it isn’t appropriate to label people – or robots – “Mexicans” if those people or robots are created in America.
For example, I have an American friend with Italian heritage who often refers to herself as “Italian,” and obviously that is a case of self-racism.
I find it offensive.
This problem isn’t limited to my one friend.
I also know an American who calls herself Croatian and another American who calls himself Indian. I can barely stand to be in the same room with those racists.
Worse yet, they seem unclear about the distinction between their ethnicity and the country where their parents grew up.
It isn’t the same thing, people!
But right-and-wrong aside, is it a good legal strategy for Trump to sow doubts about the objectivity of the robot judge?
It seems to me that the trial can go one of two ways.
1. Trump wins in court, in which case, Trump wins.
2. Trump loses in court, in which case, Trump says Democrats rigged the system to give him an unfair trial. We’re already primed to believe it.
From a legal perspective, race is not a reason to remove a judge.
I haven’t heard anyone argue otherwise.
But from a persuasion perspective, Trump is setting the stage for whatever is to come.
So yes, it is smart, albeit offensive.
Some have asked why Trump’s legal team hasn’t asked for the judge to be replaced. My guess is that they want to keep him because they expect to lose the case and they plan to pin it on the judge.

That’s how I would play it..."

The emotional moment firefighters salute Bretagne - the last surviving 9/11 search dog - as she arrives to be euthanized at the age of sixteen
Bretagne, a 16-year-old golden retriever, was euthanized on Monday in a Texas veterinary hospital.
With a host of honors to her name and countless searches behind her, Bretagne was honored - as any human would be - one final time before her death.
A row of firefighters stood at attention as Bretagne walked with her owner, Denise Corliss, into the Fairfield Animal Hospital in Cypress, Texas.

Bretagne began suffering from kidney failure and when she stopped eating, Corliss knew it was time to say goodbye.
'She was really anxious last night and she just wanted to be with me.
'So I laid down with her, right next to her. When she could feel me, she could settle down and go to sleep. I slept with her like that all night,' Corliss told TODAY..."

Sheriff David Clarke Tears Into Obama Justice Dept. Over Anti-Trump Rioters: ‘Same Type of Tactics That Were Used in the Jim Crow South’ | Video | TheBlaze.com:
"But for outspoken Milwaukee Co. Sheriff David Clarke, the violence — and the response to it — was reminiscent of how southern blacks were treated in the Jim Crow era.
Here’s what Clarke had to say on “Hannity” Monday night:
Well, this is premeditated organized violence and these are riot-makers that show up at these events. What the mayor said was obviously ridiculous. But Sean, what I’m ticked off about right now is why Attorney General Loretta Lynch has not dispatched the FBI and dispatched lawyers from the Civil Rights Division to investigate and prosecute and identify people who are using the same type of tactics that were used in the Jim Crow South to frighten and intimidate blacks from participating in the voting process."

Rush Reveals True Motive Behind Violent Anti-Trump Rioters... And He's EXACTLY Right
Rush Reveals True Motive Behind Violent Anti-Trump Rioters... And He's EXACTLY Right:
"On Thursday, celebrated conservative talk radio show host Rush Limbaugh revealed the true motive behind the increasing number of violent anti-Trump riots that appeared to be popping up across California.
“These riots, the most recent one, San Jose, they’re not riots against Trump; they’re riots against Trump supporters … and beyond that, they’re really anti-America riots,” he said, adding that the protests were designed to prevent other Americans from “exercising their constitutional right to express their political opinion.”
Moreover, the behavior of these protesters perfectly mirrored the behavior of students at various colleges and universities, where events hosted by conservative speakers were being hijacked left and right by those who felt offended by the speakers’ opinions.
In arguing his point about such protesters being anti-American in nature, Limbaugh then pointed to all the photos and videos of anti-Trump zealots wearing hats that read either “Make California Mexico Again” or “Make America Mexico Again.”
He also noted the frequent occurrence of American flags being trampled on and burned.
Why all the anti-American imagery, huh, if these protests were indeed just about Trump?

With some 100 million Americans now receiving government assistance in one form or another, it’s only a matter of time before glitches or all out system failure leads to civil unrest.
With some 100 million Americans now receiving government assistance in one form or another, it’s only a matter of time before glitches or all out system failure leads to civil unrest.
While we understand that Electronic Benefits Transfer cards, unemployment and other social support mechanisms are necessary for those who may have temporarily come upon hard times in an economic environment wrought with fraud and machinations that have left hard working Americans in dire straits, the fact is that millions upon millions of people feel entitled to the benefits they receive from the taxpayer and have made sitting on the couch, smoking weed, and getting paid a career.
And when those benefits disappear for whatever reason we can expect the following, but on a mass scale:
Via TruNews:
A large woman destroyed a convenience store after having her food stamp benefits card declined, according to a video uploaded to Live Leak Thursday.
“Call the police, call the police,” the unnamed woman says repeatedly in the video as she lumbers around the store causing havoc. “Call the police. Do your job, do your job.”
The woman had already knocked some food on the floor before one patron decided to start filming the incident. She appears belligerent as she repeats inaudible and barely audible statements. The woman walks with a limp from an apparent injury as she threw food around. She even throws an empty container of Cheetos at a man who tried to calm her down.
This isn’t the first such incident and it certainly won’t be the last as an evermore impoverished populace becomes increasingly dependent on government handouts.
In 2013 we reported that the EBT card acceptance system in 16 states crashed, leaving thousands with no way to put food on their dinner tables. As further evidence of what may happen following a widespread outage wherein those on government assistance have no way of buying food and other necessities, consider what this woman had to say:
I go to the register and they ask me “how you going to pay.”
I said with food stamps.
“Oh, we’re shut down, you can’t pay with food stamps.”
I got kids to feed. You know?
And because the government’s down I can’t feed my family?
…
What’s going on with America? Now they trying to starve us to death?
…This is crazy
…I got six kids I have to feed.
…
I’m just trying to figure out how to get something to eat.
