Spiral Death Spin
By Tammy Derouin
The administration wants civil unrest and the most
uninformed among us are bound and determined to deliver it right to his door
step. They are clueless to the fact that
they are being used to destroy the very country that acknowledges their God
given rights. They demand that their
voices be heard but they will do everything in their power to silence anyone
who dares to disagree with them. This is
liberal hypocrisy at its best.
The executive and his administration have worked tirelessly
to divide our nation. They never waste
an opportunity to undermine or chip away at our freedoms and liberties. Their foot soldiers are being used to deny
others their God given rights. Can you
imagine the outcry if conservatives were attempting to silence liberals? It would be a much different story.
Our rights are not a one party benefit. This is precisely why our founding fathers
created a governing system of laws, not men.
They understood that everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs. Having an opinion or in many cases, facts,
which differ from the ruling party is proving to be very dangerous. Everyone has the right to speak freely and to
assemble but not when it interferes with the rights of others. We know the liberal Left would not tolerate
the same malicious treatment.
Today many liberals feel safe while trampling on the rights
of others. After all, the administration
turns a blind eye to their unruly behavior. They cannot see they are destroying
themselves in the process. If they think they are being ignored or not being
heard now, wait until their party turns on them. They will scream foul when their rights are
infringed upon. But, will there be any
rights left to claim?
The Left demands tolerance, yet they will not tolerate
anyone who disagrees with their agenda of destruction. Our society is in a spiral death spin. We are
now hearing that Republican lives don’t matter and that there will be riots if
a certain candidate moves forward. What
the followers of the liberal Left fail to understand, is that the conservative
side of the political spectrum is trying to preserve the freedoms and liberties
of all, not just one party or group.
You do not have to agree with Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Bernie
Sanders or Hillary Clinton but, if we want to remain a free society, you need
to acknowledge and defend their right to speak and believe as they wish.
Isn’t it better to know the true ideology of a person or
group? You should always know as much as
possible about an individual who wishes to represent you. Had we demanded more information about the
current executive, we may have dodged a tyrant. As of right now, it is still your right to
counter rally and challenge their ideology. You have freedom of speech and the
right to assemble, as long as you do not infringe on the rights of others.
Instead of acknowledging and tolerating that everyone has an
opinion and sees things from a different point of view, the Left has
aggressively begun to deny others the same rights they demand for themselves. To
see so much prompting and provocation coming directly from the administration, is
proof of how determined the executive is to transform our country from freedom
and liberty to enslavement and dependence.
For seven years we have witnessed a blow by blow attack by
the executive and his administration on our country. He calls our Constitution a document of
negative liberties. It is, however, quite the contrary. It is a document of positive liberties; a
document which recognizes the power of the people to govern and to be
self-reliant. Since that fateful day
when our current executive took the oath of office, our Constitution has been
under attack. He has done everything he
can to undermine our system of government and our exceptionalism, our freedom.
The fact that he was not voted out of office when we had the
chance and only gained more power, proves how lost, how far off course we have
drifted as a nation. He has convinced so
many that the government has all the answers. It isn’t the government’s
responsibility to fulfill the needs and solve the problems facing each
individual. He doesn’t believe that we can survive without his guidance and
executive commands. What will our
independence cost us? Dependency breeds
tyranny.
This administration had proven time and time again, that the
only thing it is capable of flawlessly executing, is the creation of more
problems.
“The Bill of Rights is what the people are entitled to
against every government, and what no just government should refuse, or rest on
inference.”

America’s Electronic Voting Machines Are Scarily Easy Targets
America’s Electronic Voting Machines Are Scarily Easy Targets | WIRED
THIS WEEK, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump openly speculated that this election would be “rigged.”
...We’ve previously discussed the sad state of electronic voting machines in America, but it’s worth a closer look as we approach election day itself, and within the context of increased cyber-hostilities between the US and Russia.
Besides, by now states have had plenty of warning since a damning report by the Brennan Center for Justice about our voting machine vulnerabilities came out last September.
Surely matters must have improved since then.
Well, not exactly.
In fact, not really at all.
...In many cases, those dated machines were replaced with electronic voting systems.
The intentions were pure.
The consequences were a technological train wreck.
“People weren’t thinking about voting system security or all the additional challenges that come with electronic voting systems,” says the Brennan Center’s Lawrence Norden. “Moving to electronic voting systems solved a lot of problems, but created a lot of new ones.”
The list of those problems is what you’d expect from any computer or, more specifically, any computer that’s a decade or older.
Most of these machines are running Windows XP, for which Microsoft hasn’t released a security patch since April 2014.
T...he extent of vulnerability isn’t just hypothetical; late last summer, Virginia decertified thousands of insecure WinVote machines.
As one security researcher described it, “anyone within a half mile could have modified every vote, undetected” without “any technical expertise.”
...The worst part about the current state of voting machines is that they don’t even require outside interference to undo an election.
“They’re all computers.
They run on tens of thousands of lines of code,” says Norden.
“It’s impossible to have a perfectly secure, perfectly reliable computer.”
...The problem is that not every state does post-election audits.
And even some that require them by law, namely Pennsylvania and Kentucky, don’t actually use voter-verifiable paper trails, meaning they have no way to complete an audit.
That suspicion is the real danger of electronic voting systems, and especially of those that can’t be easily or effectively audited.
If you can’t guarantee that there was no tampering—which not every state can—it might not matter if any actually took place.
In the wrong hands, the doubt itself is damaging enough."

CULTURE OF CORRUPTION: Flashback: The massive scale of the Clintons’ speech-making industry.
Last week, Hillary Clinton’s campaign released her most recent personal financial disclosure, detailing ways in which she and her husband earned money in 2015. Most of their income came from book royalties and giving paid speeches. Bill Clinton, for example, gave a speech to the National Association of Manufacturers in March 2015, being paid $325,000 for his time. You probably don’t need to be reminded that $325,000 is more than most people make in a year. The median income for a family of four in 2014 was $53,657 — what Clinton made about a sixth of the way into that one speech. And that was one of 22 speeches Bill Clinton gave last year. The NAM speech was the most lucrative, but Bill earned more than $5 million combined from those 20 days of work. Since the Clintons left the White House, Bill and Hillary Clinton have been paid more than $150 million from speeches alone.
If journalists were doing their job, they’d be asking Hillary if Bill would still give paid speeches if she were President. Oh, wait, for that to happen, she’d have to take questions from the press.

"...While we would be the last to begrudge Ms. Chu her daytrading largesse, whether or not in possession of material, non-public inside info at time of trading - after all, if it is legal, by all means trade on inside information - something did catch our interest.

According to her public profile, the Democrat representing the 27th Congressional District, taught psychology for 20 years in an East LA Community College system, from 1981 to 2001, and reported a pension worth between $100,001 and $250,000 for those years of work. She also draws a smaller pension from serving on the Monterey Park City Council. She became a member of Congress in 2009.
In other words, a community college psychology teacher who daytrades S&P calls and puts in size up to $15,000? Maybe she is merely "piggybacking" on her husband's net worth? Then again, maybe not. Her husband, former Assemblyman Mike Eng, is a senior partner at an immigration law firm in Los Angeles valued between $250,001 and $500,000.
* * *
And then we look at her net worth, which is where things get interesting, because this career psych professor, currently has an average net worth of $3.5 million, which according to InsideGov makes her the 103rd richest member of the House. Chu's net worth was 3.2 times more than the average member of Congress and 4 times more than the average representative. When compared to the California Congressional Delegation, Chu had a net worth that was 3.6 times more than the average.
But most interesting is the history of Rep. Judy Chu's net worth over a short 6 year period, as shown in the chart below.
To summarize: a former East LA psychology professor (with an annual pension) started off her Congressional career with virtually nothing in the bank, and over the next 5 years, built up a net worth of over $3 million. We are curious how: it wasn't with the modest salary that members of the house collect; it wasn't from outside activities, it wasn't from her husband.
Which leaves just one possibility: her phenomenal daytrading skills, which are made even more phenomenal since her trades are exempt from regulatory oversight.
We are curious: why does Ms. Chu waste her amazing trading talent in D.C. when she could be working for Steve Cohen, or better yet, run her own hedge fund, making billions. Because if she can recreate her phenomenal 6 year return with outside capital, we would be the first in line to let her manage our money... assuming of course she can repeat her trading performance when the SEC at least pretend to care..."

Why Western leftists adore right-wing religious extremists abroad
Why Western leftists adore right-wing religious extremists abroad - Opinion - Jerusalem Post:
"When the history of the West is written it will say: they educated themselves to hate themselves and love what they hate about themselves in the other.
On a fairly consistent basis people in the West embrace values abroad that they shun at home.
This is particularly odd and contradictory among those who self-identify as “Left” and “liberal” and then embrace movements, leaders, ideologies and religions that are manifestly illiberal and right- wing extremist abroad.
For instance American philosopher and gender theorist Judith Butler said in 2006 that “understanding Hamas [and] Hezbollah as social movements that are progressive, that are on the left, that are part of the global left, is extremely important.”
That contradictory view is emblematic of a phenomenon spanning everything from Michel Foucault’s embrace of the Islamic Revolution in Iran to those “anti-war” activists in the UK who support Syrian President Bashar Assad and Russia’s bombing of civilians.
...To understand this phenomenon we have to unpack what it means to be “left-wing” in the West.
To be on the Left is to be good, to be progressive, to be for women’s rights, gay rights, environmentalism, social justice, worker’s rights, and to be against racism and discrimination, perhaps against nuclear energy, against war.
It didn’t always mean that.
Before the defeat of Nazism, to be left-wing was largely an ideological choice to be part of a “global Left” of various movements.
...Loyalty to these left-wing movements was largely ideological, if not contradictory.
So Stalin was supported simply because some left-wingers in the West accepted the Soviet Communist Party’s line; others liked comrade Trotsky and therefore did not like Stalin.
Not because they were liberals, but because the party told them so.
...This entire phenomenon is what should be known as “locational liberalism.”
Locational liberalism means you support liberalism only in one place, and support its diametric opposite somewhere else.
The result is that there are basically two right-wing forces at war with each other in the West.
One supports right-wing religious nationalist forces abroad, the other supports them at home.

- Why do those who dislike militarism view as romantic people in uniform in Pakistan or Moscow?
- Why do those who dislike US presidential candidate Donald Trump find bombastic populists like Venezuala’s Hugo Chavez so endearing?
- Why is Assad’s war on terror so good, but George W. Bush’s so bad?

Terrifying scenes as 40 people are injured in beer festival stampede after someone shouts 'ISIS' for joke - Mirror Online:
"These were the terrifying scenes as hundreds of people ran for their lives at a beer festival after someone shouted 'ISIS' for a joke.
More than 40 people were injured in the stampede at the Beer Fest in Kosovo’s capital of Pristina after apparently a gun was fired and many wrongly thought it was a terror attack.
After hearing the name of the terror group being called in the crowd, people started to run away as fast as they could from the square in which the festival was held.
Two people were seriously injured in the stampede, and there were also unconfirmed reports in local media that a boy aged 15 had been shot.
It is not uncommon for people in Kosovo to own a gun, so a weapon may have been fired in the panic.
According to some estimates, about 20 percent of the country owns a gun.
In a video of the stampede, people can be seen pushing each other after the panic broke out.
In one case, a man can be seen treading on another man as he flees.
People were hiding in alleys and smashing their way into buildings to look for a place to hide..."

Pat Caddell on 'Cooked' Reuters Poll: 'Never in My Life Have I Seen a News Organization Do Something So Dishonest' - Breitbart:
"On Sunday’s Breitbart News Daily with SiriusXM host Alex Marlow, political strategist Pat Caddell outlined his charge that Reuters tampered with its own daily tracking poll to manufacture a sudden surge for Hillary Clinton.
“They not only changed their formula, to put Hillary ahead. They went back and changed the results, for a week of results where Trump was ahead, and then they turned those into Hillary leads,” said Caddell.
“They also erased all the former polling off the site.
They didn’t tweak their procedure – they cooked it.”
“Never in my life have I seen a news organization, and a supposedly reputable poll, do something so dishonest,” Caddell continued. “
What they have done is, they decided the people who said, ‘oh, I’m never for someone’ – oh, those must be Hillary votes. They used to be Trump voters.”
“They made a switch, as much as nine points, in their results from the beginning of last week, the 25th and 26th.
It is, beyond doubt, the most outrageous thing,” he declared, noting that results in three- and four-way polls that include independent candidates Gary Johnson and Jill Stein were also skewed."

Why CVTs Are Awesome Transmissions:
"If there is one transmission that has the most detractors, it's the continuously variable transmission, or CVT.
It's criticized for how it sounds, how it operates, and how it feels.
The main criticism is that it feels unnatural compared to the gearboxes that were used to.
Thing is, the CVT is actually one of the best gearboxes that you can have in a car.
It's so good, that when it was first used in an F1 car by Williams, it was banned because of the advantage it'd give.
And that's because a lot of the CVT on the market are inherently compromised, because people just don't understand them.
In reality, a CVT can keep the engine in its powerband, like it can hold peak torque for longer, or peak horsepower..."

The Swedes are fleeing the country
"Sweden's population is constantly increasing.
Meanwhile, emigration reaches record levels.
Last year, 51,237 Swedes left the country.
It is more than the peak reached in the late 1800s when there was an agriculture crisis in Sweden.

Federal Appeals Court Strikes Down North Carolina Voter ID Requirement
Federal Appeals Court Strikes Down North Carolina Voter ID Requirement - The New York Times
"A federal appeals court decisively struck down North Carolina’s voter identification law on Friday, saying its provisions deliberately “target African-Americans with almost surgical precision” in an effort to depress black turnout at the polls.
The sweeping 83-page decision by a panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upended voting procedures in a battleground state about three months before Election Day. That ruling and a second wide-ranging decision on Friday, in Wisconsin, continued a string of recent court opinions against restrictive voting laws that critics say were created solely to keep minority and other traditionally Democratic voters away from the polls.
The North Carolina ruling tossed out the state’s requirement that voters present photo identification at the polls and restored voters’ ability to register on Election Day, to register before reaching the 18-year-old voting age, and to cast early ballots, provisions the law had fully or partly eliminated.
The court also held that the ballots of people who had mistakenly voted at the wrong polling stations should be deemed valid..."

Understanding Russian Alexsandr Dugin and the Inevitability of WW3 | Glenn Beck:
"Jason Butrill, head researcher for TheBlaze and former member of counterintelligence with U.S. Special Forces, joined The Glenn Beck Program on Monday for a discussion on Aleksandr Dugin, a key advisor to President of the Russian Federation Vladmir Putin.
“Jason was instrumental in forming the theory that we came up with on Benghazi,” Glenn said.
Within two days of the attack, Jason helped piece together a theory that the U.S. was running guns through a safe house in Benghazi and shipping them to what would become ISIS in Turkey. That theory turned out to be correct."
