"A local Fort Collins resident was asked to take down a Halloween display after some Colorado State University students called it offensive and racist, saying it resembled a black person hanging from a noose.
A photo of the Halloween display obtained by KUSA shows a ghost with a black wig dangling from the rafters of a house nearby CSU’s campus, looking similar to the main character in the popular horror film The Ring.
“It hurt to see it and it made us like upset and it was just something we didn’t want to happen.”  
Nonetheless, some students found the display to be racist, interpreting the Halloween decoration as a black woman being hanged.
“It almost, I got like a horrible feeling in my stomach that someone would put a hanging black woman across the street from our campus,” student Sunnique Cortez told 12 News.
“I thought about what message that was sending to black families to come up here with their black child....”

CIBC paid Clinton for the $150,000 speech.
Another excerpt from a Clinton private speech to a bank had Clinton expressing support for open borders. “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, some time in the future with energy that is as green and sustainable as we can get it, powering growth and opportunity for every person in the hemisphere,” Hillary said in a May 2013 speech at to Brazilian Banco Itau.
Her spokesman Brian Fallon told The Daily Caller Sunday night, “[Hillary] does not support an open borders immigration policy.”
Fallon pointed instead to her support for “comprehensive immigration reform.”"

The co-host of “The View” made her astounding statement in a discussion Monday about Donald Trump’s decision to bring Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and Paula Jones to the presidential debate on Sunday.
Behar thought Hillary Clinton, whom co-host Whoopi Goldberg said was the real victim in the rape and sexual assault cases, should have said “I would like to apologize to those tramps who have slept with my husband.”
And while Trump’s comments, revealed last week, about having sex with women was seen as “horrific” by liberals, the audience reacted to Behar’s insult with laughter.
One of former President Clinton’s alleged rape victims, Juanita Broaddrick, did not take the remark lightly and took to Twitter to respond.
As those on the left continue to cry foul in the imaginary war on women, Behar’s statement, made on a show whose main audience is women, was even more telling.

I think there is a lot of voter fraud,” said Schulkin, who elaborated on the types of voter fraud that are taking place in New York.
Voter fraud has been labeled as a right-wing myth by the left, but Schulkin, a Democrat, confirmed everyone’s worst fears, going against the grain of his own party.
“You know, I don’t think it’s too much to ask somebody to show some kind of an ID…Like I say, people don’t realize, certain neighborhoods in particular they bus people around to vote,” said Schulkin.
When asked about which type of neighborhoods the busing of voters takes place in, Schulkin confirmed that it was minority neighborhoods, adding, “they get busses and they move people around.”
Schulkin expressed concern over voter fraud and suggested that Mayor Bill de Blasio was to blame for a lot of the voter fraud taking place in New York City.
“He gave out ID cards.
De Blasio.
That’s in lieu of a driver’s license, but you can use it for anything. 
But, they didn’t vet people to see who they really are. 
Anybody can go in there and say I am Joe Smith, I want an ID card. 
It’s absurd.
There’s a lot of fraud.

Apparently, it's also the land of consumption and "spend everything you've got."
We don't have to look far for confirmation that Americans are generally poor savers.
Every month the St. Louis Federal Reserve releases data on personal household savings rates.
In July 2016, the personal savings rate was just 5.7%.
Comparatively, personal savings rates in the U.S. 50 years ago were double where they are today, and nearly all developed countries have a higher personal savings rate than the United States.
...new data emerged this week from personal-finance news website GoBankingRates that shows just how dire Americans' savings habits really are.
...Last month GoBankingRates again posed the question to Americans of how much they had in their savings account, only this time it asked 7,052 people.
The result?
Nearly seven in 10 Americans (69%) had less than $1,000 in their savings account.
Breaking the survey data down a bit further, we find that 34% of Americans don't have a dime in their savings account, while another 35% have less than $1,000...

One of the discussions will focus on “Health at the Expense of Cultural Appropriation: Yoga and Zumba," and another will explore "Faux Feminism" in popular culture.

Students at Barnard College are being treated to a lecture series intended to educate them about “power, privilege, and oppression,” such as the “cultural appropriation” that is yoga.

The discussion series, which launched last week, is called the “Barnard BLUE Collective,” and is sponsored by the Student Life Department.

"...Although Secretary Rice took most of the heat as the designated face of the administration, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was in charge of the compound at Benghazi and was Chris’s boss. 
So it is significant that Rice’s repeated appearances reinforced the following statement made by Clinton at 10:08 p.m. EST, while the attack was still going on:
“Some have sought to justify the vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet.”
Under questioning by Congress, Secretary Clinton tried to emphasize the ambiguous words in this statement, but she never explained why she did not call a halt to Secretary Rice’s forceful and repeated reinforcement of her original explanation of what had occurred when she knew that it was simply false.
During nearly two years following the attack, Secretary Clinton testified under oath to both houses of Congress without revealing that she was sitting on piles of e-mails that were relevant to Benghazi, because she had conducted all her e-mail correspondence on a private server, not on the usual State Department server as required by every spy service in the federal government.
After her private server was discovered almost by accident by a hacker, and long legal battles forced production of the e-mails, it was learned that within the same hour Secretary Clinton released her public statement blaming the “inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” she reported to her family that “two officers were killed today in Benghazi by an al-Qaeda–like group.”
During frustrating research to discover the truth, most of us noticed early on that Rice’s account was directly contradicted by that of Libyan president Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf, who said that he had “no doubt” the attack was pre-planned by individuals from outside Libya.
As it turned out, this was evident when Secretary Clinton told him, “Ansar al-Sharia is claiming responsibility.”
So once again, Secretary Clinton blamed a terrorist group, not protesters. 
I did not go through these details to choose sides in the political debate, which rages on as I write these lines.
I only point out that no one seems interested in digging for the facts to learn the truth about what happened to Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty, who died tragically and needlessly that day. 
Instead, they either want to obscure the truth to protect a political position or learn enough to bring down an opponent.
Neither is true to the American spirit of pursuing truth for its own sake.

But since contemporary college students’ notion of “free” leaves a lot to be desired, even semi-moderately provoking lingo can result in bouts of self-righteous apoplexy.

At the University of Denver, someone — presumably some white students — crossed out the “White” in a “White people do something” message on the wall, and also painted over the “black” in “Black Lives Matter” leaving the rather innocuous “People Do Something / Lives Matter.”
In addition, Denver’s 7NEWS reports the lyrics of a song by the early-80s punk band Minor Threat criticizing white guilt also were scrawled.
To virtually no one’s surprise these days, some students felt threatened.

WASHINGTON, D.C — In an exclusive video interview at the presidential suite of the historic Watergate Hotel, the victims of Bill Clinton’s alleged sexual assault  — Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, and Paula Jones — got together for the first time in person to express their personal fear of Hillary Clinton and to warn voters that Clinton does not stand for women’s issues.

The three women, who say their lives were forever changed by their experiences with the Clintons, used words like “terrified” and “frightened” to describe their feelings about the prospects of a Hillary Clinton presidency.

When asked about the counter-argument that their allegations toward Bill Clinton only dig up past “infidelities,” all three women attacked establishment media figures for using this language.

“We were not willing participants,” Broaddrick said. 

“These were crimes.” 

In a separate interview, Broaddrick shared her own story of brutal sexual assault which she says Bill Clinton perpetrated against her.

Willey called out NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell and CNN’s Jake Tapper by name, challenging them: 

“These are not infidelities. A rape is not an infidelity. These are crimes. Any other people would be in jail…

“This is no longer about infidelities, indiscretions, girlfriends, sex, interns — none of those. This is about a serial rapist, a predator, and his wife who has enabled his behavior all of these years.”...
