How Many American Adults Are Transgender? | Daily Wire:
"Only 0.53 percent of Americans, or 1.3 million people, identify as transgender, according to data from a 2014 federal survey originally published in the American Journal of Public Health.
In other words, an overwhelming majority of 99.47 percent of Americans do not identify as trans.
The survey, which reviewed a total of 151,000 adult respondents from 19 different states, did not specifically note those who've undergone some sort of physical "transition," but instead included anyone who "identities" as a gender different than their biology.
"Researchers say that 0.53 percent of respondents — about one in every 189 U.S. adults — answered 'yes' to the question, 'Do you consider yourself to be transgender?'" reports CBS News.
Still, the Obama Administration has gone into full panic mode over transgenderism.
For instance, an overreaching federal edict was issued forcing all public schools to allow their students the use the locker-rooms and bathrooms of their subjectively-declared gender, based on their feelings and not biology.
Schools which do not comply are threatened with revoked funding and lawsuits.
...As recent studies have indicated, a stunning 40 percent of trans folks have attempted suicide, relative to just 4.6 percent of the general population.
They also see an increase in homelessness and joblessness. "

BIAS! Look How Differently Reporter Describes Melania and Hillary Wearing The Same Color – American Lookout:
We all know the media is biased for liberals and against conservatives but every once in a while, an example comes along which is so outrageous that you have to laugh.
- Donald Trump’s wife, Melania Trump wore a white dress to the Republican convention.
- Hillary Clinton wore a white pant suit to the Democratic convention.
Look at how the same reporter at the same paper, the Philadelphia Inquirer covered each woman.

California man fights DUI charge for driving under influence of caffeine
California man fights DUI charge for driving under influence of caffeine | US news | The Guardian
"Attorney for Joseph Schawb, charged with driving under the influence of a drug when his blood test showed only caffeine, calls the charge unheard of.
‘There are no studies that demonstrate that driving is impaired by caffeine, because no one cares about caffeine,’ said a forensic toxicologist.
Caffeine may be the “nootropic” brain drug of choice in Silicon Valley, but an hour’s drive north in Solano County, California, the stimulant could get you charged with driving under the influence.
...After being pulled over on 5 August 2015, Schwab was charged by the Solano County district attorney with misdemeanor driving under the influence of a drug.
Almost 18 months later, Schwab is preparing to go to trial.
The only evidence the DA has provided of his intoxication is a blood test showing the presence of caffeine.
...The 36-year-old union glazier was given a breathalyzer test which showed a 0.00% blood alcohol level, his attorney said.
He was booked into county jail and had his blood drawn, but the resulting toxicology report came back negative for benzodiazepines, cocaine, opiates, THC, carisoprodol (a muscle relaxant), methamphetamine/MDMA, oxycodone, and zolpidem.
The sample was screened a second time by a laboratory in Pennsylvania, according to documents provided to the Guardian, where the sole positive result was for caffeine – a substance likely coursing through the veins of many drivers on the road at any given time..."

Obama's Hatred for Israel
Articles: Obama's Hatred for Israel:

"The anti-Israel U.N. resolution of December 23, 2016, which the United States abstained from, is the crowning glory of an anti-Semitic and anti-American administration.
...It is totally to be expected from a president whose seething animus for all things Jewish was evident from his very first days in office.
It will remain a ...moment of shame for America.
...the U.N. has become a cesspool of tyrants who do nothing but serve the interests of dictatorships across the globe.
The U.N. continues to look the other way as Palestinian children are fed a daily diet of anti-American and anti-Semitic material whose result is seen daily as bombs explode all over the world killing the infidels.
...As Benjamin Netanyahu has stated, "at a time when the Security Council does nothing to stop the slaughter of half a million people in Syria, it disgracefully gangs up on the one true democracy in the Middle East, Israel, and calls the Western Wall 'occupied territory.'"
Hence, it is the duty of the United States – in fact, the moral obligation – to end the infamous reign of the United Nations because we are financially supporting an organization that encourages this evil.
At U.N. Watch, one learns that the UNRWA's "teachers, principals and other staff continually spread racial hatred, anti-Semitism and support for terrorism," as documented in reports that have identified more than 30 individual perpetrators.
Thus, Obama not only failed to protect Israel against the gang-up at the U.N., but "colluded" with the United Nations behind the scenes to promote this dastardly decision.
In fact, "the Obama administration secretly worked with the Palestinian Authority" to craft the resolution.
Obama and Samantha Power have thrown the United States in with odious regimes where human rights are continually trampled by claiming that "the settlements have no legality."
It is a shameful act, and it "is a lie..."

GROWING NUMBER OF AMERICANS ARE RETIRING OUTSIDE THE US
News from The Associated Press:
"A growing number of Americans are retiring outside the United States.
In many cases, they're looking for a way to stretch their retirement income.
The percent of American retirees living abroad rose 17 percent between 2010 and 2015.
All told, the Social Security Administration says there are just under 400,000 American retirees living elsewhere.
Countries they've chosen most often:
Viviana Rojas, an associate professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio, says not speaking the language or knowing the culture may be a hurdle for retirees moving to another country. Accessing health care also can be a challenge.
Olivia S. Mitchell, director of the Pension Research Council, says Medicare is not available to those outside the U.S."

John Bolton Goes For Obama's Jugular, Reveals The REAL Reason Barack Allowed Anti-Israel Vote:
"When Barack Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations abstained from a vote condemning Israel at the global body, it was the final perfidy of a president who has alienated and bullied the Jewish state for the entirety of his presidency.
According to John Bolton — former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations under President George W. Bush and under consideration for a position in the Trump administration — President Obama’s intentions were even more devious than just knifing Israel in the back."

California Now Mandating EVs from Volkswagen
California Now Mandating EVs from Volkswagen:
"...And California, which has set its own EV (electric vehicle) mandate requiring electric vehicles, has taken what might be seen as a disproportionately strong role in determining how Volkswagen makes amends—to the point where Sacramento is dictating the
automaker's product lineup.
The federal Secondary Consent Decree released this week for those vehicles included a separate document for California.
...They go well beyond stating to whom Volkswagen should pay fines or how the state should spend its $800 million share of the $2 billion VW is mandated to spend for infrastructure updates.
It could be the first time ever in which an automaker is required by regulators to build a particular product—a product that might not even have been in the pipeline—as punishment for wrongdoing.
..."The manufacturers will provide at least three new models of electric vehicles for sale in California—including at least one SUV model—before 2019," the California Air Resources Board (CARB) said in a statement accompanying the document's release.
"The companies must add a second electric SUV model by 2020 and keep these electric models on the market through at least 2025."
...The California-specific requirements also compel Volkswagen to complete two Green City initiatives.
These can include the establishment of car-sharing services, zero-emission transit applications, or zero-emission freight transport projects, and they have to be implemented in cities with a population of 500,000 or more "that predominantly consist of disadvantaged communities" as identified by a mapping tool.
The settlement for California also requires Volkswagen to make a payment of $25 million by July 1, 2017, in support of vehicle replacement programs and specifically Plus-Up, a program that helps people in low-income communities in the San Joaquin Valley and South Coast regions get an electric vehicle at reduced cost.

"Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding today’s ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in a case that would require Secretary of State John Kerry to seek the help of the attorney general in recovering additional Hillary Clinton emails:

VIDEO: Undoing a legacy of ‘harm, oppression and dominance’
Universities across the nation are taking steps to actively purge male students of what’s been labeled “toxic masculinity.”
Examples abound of campuses hosting training sessions, group meetings, lectures and other programs to effectively cleanse what many campus leaders and left-leaning scholars contend is an unhealthy masculinity in young men today.
On campus, toxic masculinity is often blamed for sexual violence, body shaming, a “hyper-masculinized sporting culture,” acts of domestic terrorism and much more.
For example, a class at Dartmouth College this semester, “The Orlando Syllabus,” identifies so-called toxic masculinity as playing a role in the mass murder spree at a Florida club during the summer.
This despite the fact that the gunman, Omar Mateen, told police on the phone as he committed the massacre he did it on behalf of ISIS..."

"The effects of a profound change in national direction are already being felt in the American economy:
Consumer confidence climbed in December to the highest level since August 2001 as Americans were more upbeat about the outlook than at any time in the last 13 years, according to a report Tuesday from the New York-based Conference Board.
- Confidence index increased to 113.7 (forecast was 109) from a revised 109.4 in November
- Measure of consumer expectations for the next six months rose to 105.5, the highest since December 2003, from 94.4
American households are expecting a Donald Trump administration to deliver. They are more upbeat about the prospects for the economy, labor market and their incomes, according to the Conference Board’s report.
The results corroborate surveys by the University of Michigan and the National Federation of Independent Business, which showed jumps in household and business sentiment on Trump’s pledges to boost jobs, cut taxes and ease regulations..."

"One year ago, officials at the Federal Aviation Administration rang in the holidays as only bureaucrats can: writing new regulations forcing drone owners to register themselves with the federal government before their first flight.
And because nothing says “Christmas” quite like criminal fines and jail time, the agency promised $277,500 in civil and criminal penalties and three years’ imprisonment to any overeager youngster who rushed out to play without first thinking about the wishes of a distant bureaucracy.
The FAA’s recreational registry was, and remains, one of the most egregious acts of regulatory overcriminalization in recent memory.
Even the agency’s own registration task force reported that the criminal penalties drone owners would face were disproportionate in the hobby drone context.
Nevertheless, the FAA charged ahead, releasing its interim final rule to the public just three weeks after the task force report, and a scant seven days before going into effect.
...There were some flaws to this line of reasoning.
First, the FAA could not, and still cannot, point to a single collision between a drone and a civilian airliner..."History for December 28
