BREAKING: 9th Circuit libs rule against Trump's immigration enforcement order
BREAKING: 9th Circuit libs rule against Trump's immigration enforcement order:
"This the same court that previously ordered the state of Arizona must grant drivers licenses to illegal immigrants and has habitually blocked the deportation of illegal alien offenders.
It is no surprise that the federal judiciary continues to ignore American national sovereignty in its quest to overrule the lawful actions of Congress and the president and impose a progressive agenda on the American people.
This legal battle now likely moves to the U.S. Supreme Court, but the fact that the president’s plenary power over immigration is even being contested in the courts is itself a disgrace."

Congress' IT Guys Had History Of Suspicious Dealings
Congress' IT Guys Had History Of Suspicious Dealings | The Daily Caller
"Four people who worked for the House of Representatives have a history of massive debts and bankruptcy, a fondness for fast cars and real estate, and unusually complicated webs of intertwined finances.
The three brothers and a wife of one of them are under criminal investigation into sensitive congressional information security.
Chiefs of staff for dozens of Democratic lawmakers who employed the four were informed last week that a criminal probe was underway into their use of congressional information technology systems, including the existence of an external server to which House data was being funneled, and into the theft of and overbilling for computer equipment.
Brothers Imran, Abid, and Jamal Awan and Hina Alvi, Imran’s wife, each made $160,000 a year as information technology workers for the House.
Their salaries and time were shared among dozens of Democratic members, including former Democratic National Committee Chairman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida.
The lawmakers also include members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
Despite the generous salaries, the four were involved in multiple suspicious mortgage transfers and a debt-evading bankruptcy.
Abid had more than $1 million in debts following a failed business called Cars International that he ran in Falls Church, Va., from November 2009 to September 2010.
Business associates said in court documents that Abid had stolen money and vehicles from them.
It’s unclear how Abid found time to run an automotive business while working full-time for Congress.
He had been on the congressional payroll since 2005.
A congressional credit union repossessed two of his personal cars before the business folded.
...Abid filed for bankruptcy in 2012, but somehow managed to keep ownership of two houses while telling the bankruptcy court and creditors that he had no assets with which to pay them.
He signed a sworn statement that he and his wife, Natalia Soba, were living apart and needed separate residences..."

REPORT: Kids Got MORE STUPID In Math, Reading And Science In Obama’s America
Shocker! Common Core isn’t making American kids excel in school! American school kids became more stupid under the Obama administration, according to rankings released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
They recently released the results of a worldwide exam administered every three years to 15-year-olds in 72 countries. The exam monitors reading, math and science knowledge.Based on their findings, the United States saw an 11-point drop in math scores and nearly flat levels for reading and science. The Land of the Free, Home of the Brave, fell below the OECD average – and failed to crack the top ten in all three categories. In other words, thanks to the Obama administration’s education policies, kids in the Slovac Republic are more proficient in multiplication.
The comforting news is that your children can name all 58 genders and recite the Islamic conversion prayer (Shahada) by memory..."

How to tell the difference between Trump and Obama's refugee EOs? Trump actually follows the law
How to tell the difference between Trump and Obama's refugee EOs? Trump actually follows the law:
"It didn’t take long for liberals to make a moral, legal, and philosophical equivalent between Trump’s executive order protecting national sovereignty and security and Obama’s executive amnesty shredding Congress’ plenary power over immigration.
The arguments go something like this:
Well, why was it a problem when Obama took executive action on immigration and not Trump?
If it were OK for a district judge to put a restraining order on Obama’s executive amnesty, why can’t a district judge put an injunction on Trump’s?
The answer is very simple: statute, the Constitution, and national sovereignty. It’s a difference between night and day."
