West Virginia, saw the biggest increase in electricity prices since Obama was elected. The average state electricity price rose from 7.27 cents per kilowatt-hour in November 2008 to 11.72 cents in 2016. That’s a 61.5 percent increase in the price of electricity during Obama’s tenure, which is higher than other presidents.

Residents of Kansas, Michigan, South Dakota and Nebraska saw their electric bills increase at least 40 percent,"

According to the Washington State Marijuana Impact Report, the incidents of marijuana-impaired driving are increasing dramatically. Fatal driving accidents have risen 122 percent between 2010 and 2014, according to the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission. The traffic safety organization AAA has its own reports on marijuana use among drivers in fatal crashes, and the picture is equally bleak.
