I have been inundated with a couple subjects this past week. One involves defining the sexes, but not whether they are male or female. No, that's already been determined. You are what you are when you are born. Science can even back this up. But, like most on the left side of the political scale, science is only worth claiming if it backs an agenda.

The chromosome is a scientific fact yet many are opting to believe that gender is fluid and can be exchanged at a later date. Have we entered the age of gender deniers? Gender is not exchangeable. It's not a choice, it's predetermined. You can try to hide it, deny it or even rearrange it, but you cannot change the facts.

Science solves mysteries. It will tell you how or why things are the way they are or why something works or doesn't work. There are also theories. Not everything in life has an explanation. Man gets into trouble when science is twisted and reshaped; falsified in an effort to promote a political agenda. Much like changing historical facts to promote an ideology, it can be devastating.

The thing about facts is that they are stubborn little pieces of reality. They reveal the truth.......

"The English author George Orwell wrote that “political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.”

But even Orwell couldn’t have imagined the propagandistic whoppers that American journalists would mouth in their frenzied attempt to sanitize Obama’s spying on Trump.
Again and again, Obama’s ministry of propaganda, with its branch offices from CNN to the New York Times to the Washington Post, solemnly instruct Americans that “unmasking is not spying.”
That is about as convincing as the slogans carved on Orwell’s fictional ministry headquarters in 1984:
“War is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength.”
One needs surveillance skills to find any disapproving references in the mainstream media to the pervasive political espionage that the Obama administration conducted against Trump.
...In almost every story about Trump, some sinister reference is made to his “Russian” problem.
What problem?
That is never explained.
We’re just supposed to shudder and assume the worst, even as James Clapper and Mike Morrell admit that the evidence for any Trump-Russian collusion is nil.

Alert CNN watchers, however, noted that Mr. Neutrality used to work for the Obama administration as a political appointee (as chief of staff to Ambassador to China Gary Locke).
Like other former Democratic staffers — Chuck Todd, Jake Tapper, George Stephanopoulos, among others — Sciutto cultivates the affectation of the “straight-news man” to conceal his partisan background...
But even in that safe space, Rice couldn’t avoid certain slips.
“There was no collection or surveillance on Trump Tower or Trump individuals,” she said, before adding the lawyerly qualifier, “and by that I mean directed by the White House or targeted at Trump individuals.”
Translation: the FBI probed the computer server connected to Trump Tower, while she, Brennan, and the other Obama aides rifled through unmasked intercepts and transcripts of foreigners with whom he and his team were talking.
In other words, Trump, incidentally, was right."

The National Center for Family and Marriage Research at Bowling Green State University set out to compare 25- to 34-year-olds in 1980—baby boomers—with the same age group today.
Researcher Lydia Anderson compared U.S. Census data from 1980 with the most recent American Community Survey 1 data in 2015.
The results reveal some stark differences in how young Americans are living today, compared with three or four decades ago.
In 1980, two-thirds of 25- to 34-year-olds were already married.
One in eight had already been married and divorced.
In 2015, just two in five millennials were married, and only 7 percent had been divorced.
Baby boomers' eagerness to get married meant they were far more likely than today's young people to live on their own.

Anderson looked at the share of each generation living independently, either as heads of their own household or in married couples.
The chance that Americans in their late twenties and early thirties live with parents or grandparents has more than doubled.
In 1980, just 9 percent of 25- to 34-year-olds were doing so.
In 2015, 22 percent lived with parents or grandparents.
Millennials are also less likely than boomers to be living with kids—and to be homeowners..."

Asteroid 2017 GM was discovered late Monday by the Mount Lemmon Observatory in Arizona and then made its closest pass a few hours later at a distance of around 10,000 miles (16,000 kilometers or 0.04 of the distance to the moon).
