"Democratic Institutions?" – 10 Lessons From History That Will Destroy Your Trust in the CIA | The Daily Sheeple

"Democratic Institutions?" – 10 Lessons From History That Will Destroy Your Trust in the CIA | The Daily Sheeple
"In the hysterical wake of the Trump-Putin Summit in Helsinki, President Donald Trump was roundly criticised in the media for taking the side of a “hostile state” over his own intelligence agencies
The Guardian referred to Mueller as a “heroic marine” who Trump disbelieved in favour of a “Russian dictator”.

In the past, when Trump has criticised the FBI, CIA or NSA he has been accused of “undermining faith in our institutions”
He’s been blamed for a collapse of trust in the government
But was this trust ever earned?
...Well here, fellow traitors, are the Top Ten reasons to question anything and everything the CIA – or any intelligence agency – has ever told you...
...4. NAYIRAH – A classic of “atrocity propaganda”, Nayirah should be required reading material for anybody looking top hop on a pro-war bandwagon. Nayirah – who originally gave only her first name – was a fifteen year old girl who testified in front of the United States Congress. She claimed to be a volunteer from at a Kuwaiti hospital, and to be an eye-witness to Iraqi soldiers throwing Kuwaiti babies out of incubators and leaving them to die:
I volunteered at the al-Addan hospital with twelve other women who wanted to help as well. I was the youngest volunteer. The other women were from twenty to thirty years old. While I was there I saw the Iraqi soldiers come into the hospital with guns. They took the babies out of the incubators, took the incubators and left the children to die on the cold floor. It was horrifying.
See the source imageIt was later revealed, not only that her full name was Nayirah al-Sabah and she was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador, but that she had never volunteered at a hospital and had seen no babies, soldiers or incubators. The whole thing was a fiction. A fiction paid for by the “Citizens of Free Kuwait”, an NGO (and obvious CIA front) set up to lobby the US to intervene in the Iraq-Kuwait war.
By the time this fiction was revealed it was too late, and the US had launched Operation Desert Storm….which was, of course, the entire point of the exercise
Remember this, when you hear about Assad gassing children or bombing kittens.
...Never trust the CIA, they have proved they don’t deserve it.

Obama gets too, too cute when he warns of dictators and liars

Obama gets too, too cute when he warns of dictators and liars:

Image result for flickr commons images obamaSo please spare us when the self-righteous, pompous narcissist goes around lecturing about strongmen and saying there were no scandals during his eight years.
Obama tried to transfer the purse and power to the government as fast as possible, while Trump is trying to transfer the power and purse back to the people as fast as he can. Yet the media intentionally lie when they describe Trump as the dictator when they write and tell their stories to the public.

Well it seems that all things that are old are new again, the party that brought us the one drop rule now returns with the one dollar rule, the one meal rule or the one word rule.

...If this is how the left acts out of power, where the tiniest gesture of civilized behavior toward those who you disagree with is an act to be avenged, what do you think these people will do if they have power in government?

ADHD Drugs Aren't Doing What You Think, Scientists Warn - Slashdot
"An anonymous reader quotes a report from Inverse:
See the source imageThe study authors Lisa Weyandt, Ph.D., a professor of psychology at the University of Rhode Island, and Tara White, Ph.D., an assistant professor of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Brown University, started out investigating the effects of ADHD medications in students that actually have a diagnosable attention deficit disorder. They showed that in these students, there is decreased activity in the areas of the brain controlling "executive functions," which can make it hard for them to stay organized or focused. But because both authors work with college students, they soon became more interested in the misuse of Adderall. In students whose brains aren't affected by ADHD, does Adderall act as a supercharger? Does it make those areas fly into overdrive and unlock otherwise untapped intellectual ability, as all pill-popping students hope?

...While students on Adderall did make fewer errors on a reaction time test, it actually worsened working memory, as shown by a decline in performance on a task where they had to repeat sequences of numbers..."

Talk About A Rudderless Ship! Democrats Unveil Yet Another Campaign Slogan... "For The Government"

"Talk About A Rudderless Ship! Democrats Unveil Yet Another Campaign Slogan... "For The Government"
The Democrats are growing in confidence (okay, technically it's arrogance) regarding November's mid-term elections, and it's not surprising.
According to allegedly unbiased news outlets, the United States has fallen under Russian control, Trump is stuffing weeping immigrant children into concentration camps, rising employment numbers are a "trick" that voters shouldn't be fooled by, and Western Civilization itself is on the verge of collapse because the President asked NATO members to start actually paying their dues.
Adding to the Democrats' cockiness about a "Blue Wave" coming to the polls is the knowledge that their party has a deep bench of exciting politicians who youthful, energetic voters naturally gravitate to.
This would include swinging hipsters with fresh ideas like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters, Joe Biden and waiting in the wings for a third shot at the prize... Hillary Clinton!
So really, the only missing piece of the puzzle heading into the mid-terms was for the Democrats to come up with a really great slogan which would not only encapsulate their broad vision for America's future, but also represent a strong call to action for an energized electorate.
And that slogan is...is..."For the People."

Hmmmm.
If there's one thing the Democrat party doesn't represent, it's... "The People."

With more than 1,000 big-box stores in North America and about 125,000 employees, Best Buy was supposed to have succumbed to the inevitable. What year did the Russians tamper in our elections? What’s the allegation? Very good, 2016. That was the election they tampered in. Who was president in 2016. Barack Hussein O. Who was head of the CIA in 2016? John Brennan. Who was the director national intelligence in 2016? That would be James Clapper. Who was head of the FBI in 2016? Comey. Preceded by Robert Mueller.

5 Modern Myths People Need to Stop Believing | Lifestyle

5 Modern Myths People Need to Stop Believing | Lifestyle
"Those of us living in the 21st century are frequently guilty of chronological snobbery.
We roll our eyes and snicker at our ancestors because they believed things like putting leeches on people is a good way to cure illness.
Or that witches float.
However, we moderns are guilty of clinging to our own laughable myths. Here are five myths that modern people need to stop believing.

...2. The Mozart Effect

See the source imageMany parents swear that exposing their children to classical music aids in their kids' cognitive development. This belief was kicked into hyperdrive in 1993 after psychologist Frances Rauscher published her findings claiming that exposure to Mozart increased spatial task performance. The excitement was almost immediate, reaching the point that then Georgia governor Zell Miller "issued a bill in 1998, ensuring that every mother of a newborn would receive a complimentary classical music CD." That same year, Florida's state government "passed a law, requiring state-funded day-care centers to play at least one hour of classical music a day."
The problem is that there is no scientific evidence to support the claim. However, there are studies debunking it. As one such study says, "On the whole, there is little evidence left for a specific, performance-enhancing Mozart effect."

...4. After Eating, You Have to Wait to Go Swimming

People need to let go of this myth because there's no reason to continue torturing kids. And mothers have been torturing kids for generations because of the belief that after eating we have to wait at least 30 minutes before jumping back into the pool. However, as Duke Health says, "Apparently, mother does not know best when it comes to swimming after eating."
The myth persists, though, because it is true that swimmers can suffer from a mildcramp after eating. Please note the emphasis on "mild." Because, as Medicine Net points out, "the fact is that an episode of drowning caused by swimming on a full stomach has never been documented."

Brennan and the 2016 Spy Scandal

Brennan and the 2016 Spy Scandal:

Image result for flickr commons images John BrennanMr. Brennan has taken credit for launching the Trump investigation. At a House Intelligence Committee hearing in May 2017, he explained that he became “aware of intelligence and information about contacts between Russian officials and U.S. persons.” The CIA can’t investigate U.S. citizens, but he made sure that “every information and bit of intelligence” was “shared with the bureau,” meaning the FBI. This information, he said, “served as the basis for the FBI investigation.” My sources suggest Mr. Brennan was overstating his initial role, but either way, by his own testimony, he as an Obama-Clinton partisan was pushing information to the FBI and pressuring it to act.
More notable, Mr. Brennan then took the lead on shaping the narrative that Russia was interfering in the election specifically to help Mr. Trump—which quickly evolved into the Trump-collusion narrative. Team Clinton was eager to make the claim, especially in light of the Democratic National Committee server hack. Numerous reports show Mr. Brennan aggressively pushing the same line internally.
