President Joe Biden boasted of “historic progress” handling the economy Friday, even though the number of jobs created in May disappointed expectations of many economic analysts.
“This is progress, historic progress,” Biden said. “Progress that is pulling our economy out of the worst crisis it’s been in 100 years.”

"DETROIT -- Despite fewer drivers on the roads and billions of fewer miles traveled, traffic fatalities in the U.S. rose by 7% in 2020, the most since 2007, according to the Associated Press.
...The NHTSA believes the reasons for the increase in fatalities is due to drivers taking more risks because fewer people were on the roads due to the pandemic.
More drivers were speeding, failing to wear seat belts, or driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol, the AP reports.
...The NHTSA estimates that motorcyclist deaths rose 9% to 5,015, while bicyclist deaths were up 5% to 846, the AP reports.
Deaths in passenger vehicles rose 5% to 23,395, while pedestrian deaths remained nearly the same with 6,205 reported in 2020, according to NHTSA.

Is it the video games? BLM and it’s anti-police culture? Music? Bad parenting? The foster care system? Mainstream media?
We need to find the answers, because this defies any semblance of logic.
- Officers were forced to return gunfire and shoot a fourteen year old girl, who was joined in a shooting spree by her friend, a twelve year old boy.
- After fending off several rounds of fire, police shot the girl in the abdomen.
- Luckily, the boy surrendered, thus escaping police action.
The story is almost unbelievable, and reads like a Hollywood plot.
The teens escaped their group home, broke into a house, found a trove of weapons including a pump action shot gun and an AK-47, and when police caught up to the unruly delinquents, they open fired.
More than once.

Last November, Joe Biden’s Covid-19 advisory board called for Dr. Messonnier, to take a central role in briefings on the pandemic as a way to elevate science and restore public trust in the CDC. That never happened, and after her reassignment, Messonnier resigned.

EcoHealth Alliance distributed $600,000 in U.S. taxpayer dollars to WIV between 2014 and 2019 for the purpose of studying bat-based coronaviruses. The money was granted to EcoHealth by the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the National Institutes of Health sub-agency led by White House senior medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci.
The money was distributed during a government moratorium on gain-of-function research.
