Who's Afraid of the CCP Vaccine? | The Pipeline
"...We’ve been watching the clockworkian dystopia burn our cities, murder our cops and attack innocents for over a year – no one seems to mind; at least not enough to do anything about it other than increase the dosage in our soma by defunding cops, releasing perps with no bail, no charge, no trial to do it all again...Read all.

Rand Paul demands investigation into Tucker Carlson's NSA 'spying' accusations | Washington Examiner
On Wednesday, the popular TV personality claimed the NSA illegally leaked private messages to members of the media after a report from Axios said Carlson contacted the Kremlin to arrange an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Late last month, Carlson initially alleged the NSA was spying on his program in an attempt to remove his show from on-air broadcasting. "I write to you to demand that you investigate the National Security Agency's (NSA) alleged spying and unmasking of Tucker Carlson, as well as any leaks of his private emails from the NSA to other reporters," Paul wrote in a letter to NSA Director Gen. Paul Nakasone.

DON’T TRUST CHINA. CHINA IS ASSHOLE

DON’T TRUST CHINA. CHINA IS ASSHOLE

Go Figure, China Isn’t Keeping Its Promises on Climate Change.

"Way back in 2017, I jotted a quick tweet, “if your climate plan is that I give up beef or my light SUV, but you’ve got no plan to deal with this over in China . . . I’m unpersuaded.”

The folks at Vox — the publication that launched with the slogan, “the smartest minds, the toughest questions”– took issue with that perspective, and wrote that their review of China’s policies “utterly destroy the conservative argument” and concluded, “China is waging an aggressive, multi-front campaign to clean up coal before eventually phasing it out . . . China is tackling climate change with all guns blazing. The US, not China, is the laggard in this relationship.”

Here we are, four years later, and the Vox assessment has proven spectacularly wrong.

Well, Vox.

Plus:

Earlier this year, Jordan McGillis, deputy director of policy at the Institute for Energy Research, pointed out “with its March release of a new five-year plan (FYP), the 14th in its history, China has embarrassed its climate cheerleaders in the West. Beijing’s plan institutes no carbon cap, no coal phase-out, and no roadmap by which it will execute upon Xi’s words. Despite the carbon-neutral-by-2060 pledge, the FYP emphasizes the importance of coal to China’s continued development, not the emissions that come with its use.”

China’s climate promises are for purely domestic consumption — Western domestic consumption.--Posted by

Protesters in dozens of cities — from San Antonio de los BaƱos to Palma Soriano to the nation's capital, Havana — reportedly chanted "Liberty!" and "Freedom!" while they marched against the country's failed communist dictatorship.

"The people are dying of hunger!" one woman reportedly shouted during a demonstration in Artemisa. "Our children are dying of hunger!" Still others reportedly chanted, "We are not afraid!"

In at least one widely circulated video on social media, protesters can be seen carrying and waving the American flag as they shouted for freedom.

Only after national media scrutiny did the school district finally capitulate and release the unedited version on approximately June 25, 2021.
There are no  Republicans on the Pennsbury school board.
All nine (9) school board directors are Democrats.

Republicans need to abandon their longtime, reflexive loyalty to the FBI.
"It’s been a gold star week for the men and women of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Since June 23, agents have arrested 17 people from Florida to California. Charges range from assaulting police officers and criminal trespassing to something called “destruction of property in special maritime and territorial jurisdiction and aiding and abetting.”

Secretive funds allow Michigan lawmakers to accept corporate cash - mlive.com
  • More than a third of Michigan lawmakers are connected to nonprofits or 527 administrative accounts that can accept corporate cash, according to an investigation by MLive and the Michigan Campaign Finance Network.
LANSING, MI -- Exactly 100 days after the state Senate signed off on millions of dollars in tax breaks for data centers, the company seeking the change gave $10,000 to an account that helps pay Senate Majority Leader Arlan Meekhof's expenses.
It is illegal for a corporation to give directly to a candidate's campaign account in Michigan.
But the $10,000 contribution from Switch, a Nevada-based company planning to open a data center in West Michigan, falls into a difficult-to-trace and rarely discussed form of legal fundraising where many donations don't have to be disclosed.
A joint investigation by MLive and the Michigan Campaign Finance Network found at least 50 of Michigan's 144 House and Senate members, about one in three, are connected or have been connected to a nonprofit or administrative account...Read all.

Matt Damon Shocked Trump Supporters Aren't Horrible People - Louder With Crowder
Matt Damon has a new movie coming out called Stillwater. No, it's not about the greatest rock n' roll band from the 70s. It's about an oil worker whose daughter was accused of murder. In researching the role, Damon -- who no, did not move to Australia after Trump was elected -- went to Oklahoma to research his character. Find out what made the character tick. In spending time with people who most likely did not vote for Joe Biden, Damon found it "eye-opening" to discover that they weren't terrible people.

Same old tactics. Same old hate.

"...According to drafts of the framework, the new curriculum would focus on equity to recognize "that mathematics, over the years, has developed in a way that has excluded many students," adding  that because of inequities, "teachers need to work consciously to counter racialized or gendered ideas about mathematics achievement."

"All students deserve powerful mathematics; we reject ideas of natural gifts and talents," according to a bullet point in the framework. "The belief that 'I treat everyone the same' is insufficient: Active efforts in mathematics teaching are required in order to counter the cultural forces that have led to and continue to perpetuate current inequities."...Read all.
