Judge orders Biden administration to respond to lawsuit against CDC's new eviction ban by Friday - TheBlaze

The White House has defended the new moratorium, which appears to be in direct violation of the law and the Supreme Court's opinion, as a "new, targeted eviction moratorium — focused on counties with High or Substantial (coronavirus) case rates."

The new eviction moratorium is set to expire on Oct. 3 and is estimated to apply to 82% of U.S. counties and more than 90% of the population.

Facing questions from reporters on the legality of the CDC's new order, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Wednesday that the Biden administration doesn't believe most Americans care whether the order is legal or not.

Truth!

How they "think". If we oppose the new "Infrastructure" scam, the lib-loons accuse us of being opposed to fixing potholes.

Election Observers Alarmed Over Newsom Recall: All California Voters Can Download Ballots in the 'Comfort of Their Own Home'

"...California Secretary of State Shirley Weber as a way for voters to download ballots in the “comfort of their own home.”

“For the November 3, 2020 General Election, any voter can request to use Remote Accessible Vote by Mail,” the Secretary of State’s website states...

51% of likely voters in California’s upcoming gubernatorial recall election today would vote Yes to recall incumbent California Governor Gavin Newsom, according to SurveyUSA’s latest exclusive polling for KABC-TV in Los Angeles and KGTV 10News and The San Diego Tribune.

40% would vote No, to keep Newsom in office.

RedState’s Jennifer Oliver O’Connell notes that’s a “pretty huge leap” from an earlier Emerson College Poll.

Republicans support recall by an 8:1 margin; Democrats oppose by a smaller 3:1 margin. Independents support recalling the Governor by 5:3.

And the "women's" groups are silent.

University of Wisconsin-Madison removes massive rock from campus after 'racism' claims | Fox News
"The University of Wisconsin removed a controversial boulder from its Madison campus Friday after the Black Student Union and other activists objected to its description nearly 100 years ago with a racial slur.
Chamberlin Rock, which rests atop Observatory Hill, is named after a 19th Century geologist and former university president, Thomas Crowder Chamberlin, whose work centered on glacial deposits, according to a bio on the university’s website.
But it was a reporter’s reference to the rock in a nearly century-old Wisconsin State Journal article that prompted the push for its removal.

In October 1925, the university had the boulder excavated and placed prominently atop the hill to honor Chamberlin, who would die in Chicago three years later.
The rock was a rare specimen believed to be more than 2 billion years old, and before it was installed on Observatory Hill, only about a foot and a half was visible above ground...Read all.

'We're ALL being gaslit': Ben Shapiro on why THIS stat should scare both conservatives AND liberals - TheBlaze

The Daily Wire's Ben Shapiro joined BlazeTV host Dave Rubin on "The Rubin Report" to talk about how the mainstream media manipulates statistics to make COVID-19 infection rates appear far worse than they actually are, why he doesn't fear authoritarianism from the government, but from cultural institutions that no longer encourage critical thinking and encourage silencing dissent instead, and to share frightening poll results that show how most people, except the far-left, are afraid to voice their politics publicly.

"So the way to control populations is through propaganda and re-education of their youth. Turning people on each other," said Rogan. "Like if you really wanted to f*** up a future community, you would distribute propaganda to their children. Teach their children to feel bad about themselves and that this country and this society is a mistake and a disaster, and the worst thing to ever happen, we need to burn it down!" he continued.

Allie Beth Stuckey just got suspended from Twitter for this tweet | Not the Bee
"Welp, our friend Allie Beth Stuckey was just greeted with this message when she flipped open her Twitter app:
"Hateful conduct."
Un-freaking-believable!
Allie was locked out of Twitter. She had to delete that tweet to even log back in. And now she's in out-of-school suspension until such a time that the Twitter schoolmaster decides she is fit to speak again.
That's right, calling transgender Olympian weightlifter Laura Hubbard "a man" -- when, literally, Laura Hubbard is a biological male, was born a male, and lived as a male until age 35 -- is, according to Twitter, "promoting violence against, threatening, or harassing other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease."
Please take a moment to appreciate the fact that if tomorrow Allie Beth decided to "come out as a man" then you or I could be banned from Twitter for calling her a woman.

US Generals Lied, Lost Wars, And Looted Those They Claimed To Serve
  • Military leaders failed to properly account for their own efforts, misled the public, and then racked up cushy paychecks after the war. They deserve to be punished.
"Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Congress in June that he wanted to understand “white rage,” why “thousands of people” tried “to assault this building and … overturn the Constitution of the United States of America.”

If Milley really wants to understand the “rage” of the American people he should start by asking why he and his fellow generals can’t win any wars.
As a Marine Corps officer who served at the tail end of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, I saw firsthand the rapid ideological transformation pervading the military in the wake of these disasters in the Middle East...Read all!
