Inflation costs average US household $296 more per month
Red-hot inflation is costing the average US household an additional $296.45 in expenses as surging food and fuel costs stretch budgets, according to calculations provided to The Post.
Ryan Sweet, a senior economist at Moody’s Analytics, crunched the numbers after the latest Labor Department data showed consumer prices jumped 7.9% in February. He arrived at the figure by comparing average US household spending last month to what would have been spent in 2018 and 2019, when inflation paced at 2.1%.

Rand Paul Introduces Amendment to Eliminate Fauci's Job - Louder With Crowder
Sen. Paul said in a statement Monday, “We’ve learned a lot over the past two years, but one lesson, in particular, is that no one person should be deemed 'dictator-in-chief.' No one person should have unilateral authority to make decisions for millions of Americans."
He wants to divide Fauci's job into three separate institutes, "to ensure that ineffective, unscientific lockdowns and mandates are never foisted on the American people ever again" and to "create accountability and oversight into a taxpayer-funded position that has largely abused its power, and has been responsible for many failures and misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
St. Joe’s student paper: Avoid term ‘female’ when talking about women
"...In particular, there are two terms for women with which The Hawk editors have a problem.
- The first, “particularly problematic” term, is “female.” The word allegedly is “generally used to preface negative attributes about women,” the paper says, and is a way “to strip [them] of their personhood” and “reduce them to a biological name.”
- ...There is also concern with the use of the term “girl,” said Chris Heasley Ed.D., assistant professor for the department of Educational Leadership...Read all.
Russia Collusion exposed in 2018: Congressional report detailed ‘Russian Attempts to Influence’ & Fund Environmental Groups to Oppose Fracking in Europe & U.S.
From 2018 Congressional Report: ...In January 2017, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued a report stating there is “clear evidence that the Kremlin is financing and choreographing anti-fracking propaganda in the United States.” ...
"Hillary Clinton, with access to intelligence reports, made a private speech in 2014...about the struggles of dealing with Russian-backed environmental groups...Secretary Clinton said: 'We [the State Department and the U.S.] were up against Russia pushing oligarchs and others to buy media. We were even up against phony environmental groups, and I’m a big environmentalist, but these were funded by the Russians to stand against any effort, ‘Oh that pipeline, that fracking, that whatever will be a problem for you,’ and a lot of the money supporting that message was coming from Russia.'”

15 Ways Your Property Descriptions Could Violate Fair Housing - Inman
...Key to making good decisions on this front is the willingness to practice empathy...
Here are some words and phrases that I no longer use in property descriptions...
- Great schools--You already know that you shouldn’t be talking about schools,..
- Safe neighborhood/quiet neighborhood--Not only is this loaded from a Fair Housing perspective; you shouldn’t be making these assertions since you don’t have a basis for telling potential clients what type of experience they’ll have in a neighborhood...
- Walking distance--For those who are older or who are struggling with limited mobility, walking distance may be a misleading or problematic assertion...
- Near churches--You may be amazed that this still happens, but here and there I see this pop up in property descriptions...since it suggests not only that the prospective buyer should be church-going...
- Master’s suite/bedroom/bathroom--This is a phrase that should be avoided on a number of counts, not least of which is the assumption that the owner of the home is or should be a man.

The Problem With That “Russia Sought Military Aid From China” Story
"I found the news story that Russia sought military aid from China for its bogged down invasion of Ukraine pretty interesting.
Until I dug a little deeper.
Russia has turned to China for military equipment and aid in the weeks since it began its invasion of Ukraine, U.S. officials familiar with the matter told The Washington Post.
The officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity...
- Do you see the problem? It’s right there in the first sentence...
“Officials familiar with the matter.”
Remember that phrase?
Remember that phrase (and similar ones) a lot from those endless “sources say” hit pieces on President Trump that turned out to be complete garbage made up out of whole cloth?
Because of that, we can never take anonymously sourced pieces that promotes the latest Democratic Media Complex line at face value ever again. How can we be sure you’re not making things up again?

Open borders!-----Alleged 'criminal tourism' brings burglars to US from South America | The National Desk

Crimes committed by SATGs have been investigated in the Bay Area since 2018, the local outlet indicated.
