The latest events at Yale Law School, in which students attempted to shout down speakers participating in a panel discussion on free speech, prompt me to suggest that students who are identified as those willing to disrupt any such panel discussion should be noted. All federal judges — and all federal judges are presumably committed to free speech — should carefully consider whether any student so identified should be disqualified from potential clerkships.

The New York Times confirmed the Hunter Biden laptop story last week. It was confirmed all along. The Times didn't do anything the Daily Caller didn't do a year and a half ago. But it's the New York Times now, and that's supposed to matter. We're talking about the original laptop story Big Tech censored before the election. There have been other Hunter Biden laptop stories of other laptops he lost, including one that has him sexing up a hooker. A reporter for the New York Post, the newspaper that broke the story and had their Twitter account taken away for it, had questions for Jen Psaki. Here is their exchange, followed by my dramatic interpretation... actually, I think I'll quote this one accurately.
