The agency appointed Nina Jankowicz as executive director of the board. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas confirmed the board's creation on Wednesday after Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-Ill.) asked him what steps the DHS is taking to combat the manipulation of black Americans and Hispanics, including migrants, through "misinformation" and "disinformation."

"Kamala has COVID, and it is, allegedly, a light, asymptomatic case.
However, she's being treated with heavy-duty medicine.
The disconnect between these two facts makes it easy to come up with some cool conspiracy theories that will last as long as it takes Kamala to return to her office.
...Kamala's strange treatment suggests that she's sicker than anyone is admitting and may be "forced" to leave office.
Others are thinking along the same lines, but they believe that Hillary is the one who will step up when Kamala goes:

The biggest percentages of population losses were in Washington, D.C. (-2.8%), New York (-1.8%), Illinois (-1.1%), and California (-0.8%) -- all densely populated, all politically woke.
...But the biggest losses, in both population and percentage loss, came in four of the nation's six largest metropolitan areas: San Francisco/San Jose (-2.6%), New York (-1.8%), Chicago (-1.1%) and Los Angeles/Riverside (-0.8%).
...Meanwhile, violent crime rates have skyrocketed since the George Floyd riots of June 2020, and there are signs that voters even in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco are recoiling..."

  • ANALYSIS: Prominent feminist scholar argues white women can’t win within the confines of an antiracist worldview because they can’t escape their whiteness
"A prominent feminist scholar has spelled out the Catch-22 for white women seeking to be antiracist: it’s impossible.
The problem has been dubbed “the impasse of whiteness” by Robyn Wiegman, professor of literature and women’s studies and formerly the Margaret Taylor Smith Director of Women’s Studies at Duke University.
Wiegman gave a talk at Princeton University March 28 titled “Who’s Afraid of Rachel Dolezal? Or, Feminism and the Impasse of Whiteness” to discuss the concept.
...Wiegman, who is white, links Dolezal to “the impasse of whiteness,” which is essentially a no-win situation created by antiracism in which modern intersectional feminism now apparently demands that “white feminism” be dismantled to allow “black feminism” to exist..."

"What could better epitomize the dystopian nature of a governmental organ called the  "Disinformation Governance Board" than putting it under the command of a bureaucrat who

  • questioned the validity of Hunter Biden's laptop, calling it "a Trump campaign product," and
  • who served as an adviser to the corrupt Ukrainian regime?

Bradford Betz reports for Fox News:

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified Wednesday that the Department of Homeland Security is creating a "Disinformation Governance Board" to combat misinformation ahead of the 2022 midterms...

Disney's Leftist Turn Betrays Walt Disney's Vision

What would Walt Disney, who died in 1966, think of his company today?

In Neal Gabler’s biography “Walt Disney: The Triumph of the American Imagination,” we learn that while Walt was sometimes opinionated, especially when it came to his anti-communism beliefs, he wanted to keep Disneyland, Disney World, and his animated characters free of politics, preferring fantasy and storytelling.

Gabler writes:

The Washington Post reported that the questions raised by the court’s conservatives "indicated they believe the school district has misread the court’s precedents regarding government endorsement of religion, and perhaps were hostile to such demonstrations."

For example, Justice Clarence Thomas questioned whether Kennedy would have been terminated or otherwise punished had he taken a knee during the singing of the national anthem in protest against racism.
