7 sorority sisters at University of Wyoming sue Kappa Kappa Gamma to challenge induction of transgender member
"...The suit, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court in Cheyenne, claims that allowing the transgender woman — identified by the pseudonym Terry Smith — to be a member violates the Kappa Kappa Gamma bylaws, which state the sorority is a “single-gender” organization.
...Kappa Kappa Gamma...added that it “values diversity” and does not discriminate based on gender identity.
...Smith, 21, was inducted into the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter at the University of Wyoming in the fall of 2022.

Imagine if the promisers of disaster were religious leaders!

Trump's indictment rests on this bizarre legal theory and has three major flaws | Fox News

Trump's indictment rests on this bizarre legal theory and has three major flaws | Fox News

The indictment of former President Donald Trump reportedly handed down by a Manhattan grand jury is sealed, so we don’t know the precise legal charges against the former president. However, based on leaks to the media from sources within the district attorney’s office, we can draw some reasoned conclusions.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has cobbled together a novel, if not bizarre, legal theory of intertwining offenses. It is doubtful that his case can withstand judicial scrutiny, assuming the judge who presides over the matter is objective and neutral.

The defense will surely file a motion to dismiss by arguing that the case is not supported by the law and that the alleged facts do not amount to a crime.

WATCH: Chilling Contrast in Army Recruitment Ads From Russia, the U.S., China, and Britain Point to Ominous Future

"...If it wasn’t the U.S. military we were talking about, the failed social experiment would be somewhat humorous — instead of a potentially clear and present danger to the security of the United States...

The subversion of the military by the left has had such a devasting effect on recruitment that the Army has been forced to reboot the “Be All You Can Be” theme from the 1980s, as part of a desperate effort to revive plummeting recruiting numbers...

University of Pennsylvania does away with dean’s list recognitions

University of Pennsylvania does away with dean’s list recognitions
  • Beginning July 1 of this year, the University of Pennsylvania will cease recognizing students’ academic achievements via Dean’s List designations.
  • According to Interim Provost Beth Winkelstein and Vice Provost for Education Karen Detlefsen, the change comes from “the shared belief that a Dean’s List designation does not reflect the breadth and evolution of students’ academic achievements over the course of their education.”...
  • Undergraduate Assembly Speaker Xavier Shankle said that while the decision “may seem ‘shocking on the surface,’ [it] serves as an indication that Penn is ‘consciously thinking’ about how to reduce academic stress for students.”

The Biden administration was forced to offer up 2,600 square miles of federal oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico this week, following a deal made by West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin (D) in exchange for his support of the left’s climate legislation last summer.

Woman's Strangled Body Uncovered in Seattle's Notorious Homeless Camp!

"In today's world, the Emerald City doesn't seem so enchanting anymore
The tragic demise of 66-year-old Annette Barnes, whose lifeless body was found at a Seattle homeless encampment, is just another sign of the times.
It's almost as if we're living in an alternate reality where the story of the Wizard of Oz took a grim turn, and our dear Annette didn't make it back to Kansas.
But hey, who needs a yellow brick road when you have Mercer Street in South Lake Union, right?

They are literally insane

They are literally insane
  • There are still a few sane academics in America, but they are a dying breed.
Critical theory has so invaded the academic world that there is almost no point in trying to have a conversation with a university professor.
It’s not that they are just wrong about what they believe and what they spout.
  • It’s that they don’t believe that there is an underlying concrete reality that exists outside their own heads.
That is, at the base, the foundation of critical theory.
Reality is a construct, language is about exercising power, and reality is what they say it is.
Power + language = reality.

There's No Coming Back From This

There's No Coming Back From This
"The radical left finally did it – they indicted President Donald Trump.
Corrupt Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has decided to abuse the nation's justice and legal system to persecute the Democrats' top political opponent.
This corrupt, Soros-backed DA, who was hell-bent on indicting President Trump over some made-up "charges," used their usual strategy...pick a target, then find a "crime."
Is America officially a banana republic?
Americans are seeing the weaponization of the legal system before their very eyes.
This is what happens in third-world countries, not here...
  • If the leftist radicals can come for Donald Trump, they can come for you – and those like us who want to bring you the truth.
We're sick of the double standard "justice" system...

The reason!
