Italy adopts state of emergency over migrants
..."Let it be clear, we are not solving the problem, the solution can only depend on responsible intervention by the European Union," said Nello Musumeci, the civil protection minister.
The government, in office since October, has pledged to curb mass immigration but some 31,300 migrants have arrived in Italy so far in 2023, interior ministry data shows, up from around 7,900 in the same period last year....
Why are trannies so violent? | the Aspen beat
- There has been a spate of high-profile violence lately by women who think they are men and, especially, by men who think they are women.
Really?
- ...Here in America, it’s not permissible to gather real data on the subject. You’d never, ever get another NIH grant and you’d certainly be fired from your university position, tenure be damned.
- But such data has been gathered in Europe. A Swedish study found that male-to-female trannies commit crime at a rate seven times the rate of real women and commit violent crime at 18 times the rate of real women.
- The U.K. Ministry of Justice found that male-to-female trannies committed sex crimes at nearly 20 times the rate of real women and triple the rate of real men.

Walmart Closing Four Stores in Chicago - Says They Lose Tens of Millions a Year | The Gateway Pundit | by Mike LaChance
- Back in March, Walmart announced that they were closing their last two locations in Portland, Oregon.
- Now they are announcing the closure of four stores in Chicago. Just like in Portland, the retailer is claiming that these stores are just not profitable.
- In reality, people know that the real problem is crime, most likely massive amounts of shoplifting, which is to blame for the closures...
This is ironic, considering that Democrats just announced that they’re going to hold their 2024 convention in the city...

SFSU Releases Shocking Statement on Riley Gaines Assault
- As RedState previously reported, Riley Gaines, a top collegiate swimmer, was assaulted and held hostage after speaking at San Francisco State University recently. Shocking videos showed the chaotic scene as police tried to rush Gaines through the hallways only to leave her barricaded in a room for three hours. Outside, militant trans activists could be heard demanding money for her release.
- In the end, not a single person was arrested, and now, SFSU is praising those who attacked Gaines.
- In a truly insane statement, Jamillah Moore, Vice President for Student Affairs, lauded the “protesters” as brave and in need of healing while failing to even mention the violence that occurred by their hands...

'You Just Lied': Elon Musk Leaves BBC Reporter Sputtering
"You see more hate speech personally?" Musk asked."I would see more hateful content in that," Clayton replied."That's why I'm asking for examples. Can you name one example?" Musk continued to ask."Honestly, I don't...Honestly...I don't actually use that 'For You' feed anymore because I don't particularly like it, and a lot of people are quite similar," said Clayton."Well, hang on a second; you said you've seen more hateful content, but you can't name a single example? Not even one?" Musk pressed. "I'm asking for one example. I say, sir, that you don't know what you're talking about. Because you can't name a specific example of hateful content, not even one tweet. And yet, you claimed that the hateful content was high. That's false; you just lied."...

The Global Great Awokening
David Rozado...has now extended his analysis to dozens of other countries, and what he finds is pretty remarkable: The Great Awokening is a global phenomenon.
- In almost every country Rozado looked at, there was increase in the frequency of what he calls “prejudice-denoting terms” beginning around 2012.

Green Energy Crunch Time: Aussie Liddell Coal Plant Closes This Month
"h/t RickWill; Last winter, during a low wind deep freeze, the Aussie East Cost suffered blackouts and energy shortages. This year they’ll face the same – with 1200MW less capacity.
Labor’s electric storm: Liddell closure a ‘serious’ challenge
A perfect storm of delayed energy projects and the closure of the country’s oldest plant in 18 days has presented a “massive” future supply problem which even the state’s new Energy Minister says she is concerned about.
The closure of the Hunter Valley’s Liddell coal-fired power station on April 28 will remove 1200MW of electricity from the grid, with Energy Minister Penny Sharpe declaring “NSW is facing serious energy challenges in coming years”...
...All I can say is thank goodness we’ve got lots of wind and solar energy, they’ll really help us out if we encounter another prolonged overcast wind drought, like last winter.

- ESG. (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
- Our government is pushing it, our financial institutions are pushing it, international groups are pushing it.
- It's not official but it's certainly fast becoming unofficial.
...WOKE go BROKE doesn't bother the Left.
- The government can- and will assign different values to different groups for their " currency"
- The government will be able to block " inappropriate" purchasing ( such as firearms)
- The government can pick winners and losers with loans or blocks for the same reason
- Above all else, they can track your purchases and spending patterns..
