The latest was addressed to Montana House Speaker Matt Regier, bearing exterior post markings that "follow the pattern of the other letters."

1) from 1979-1999, 8 years were below average, 10 years were average and 3 years were above average.
2) from 2000-2019, 2 years were below average, 9 years were average and 9 years were above average.

• It is easy to see there has been more ice the last 20 years than the previous 20 years.
