Victor Davis Hanson - A 50th Anniversary War?
  • Why did Hamas stage a long-planned, carefully executed and multifaceted attack on Israeli towns, soldiers, and civilians—one designed to instill terror by executing noncombatants, taking hostages, and desecrating the bodies of the dead?
  • And how were the killers able to enter Israeli proper in enough numbers to kill what could be hundreds and perhaps eventually wound what could be thousands?...
"...But, more importantly, in a larger sense the Biden administration has contributed both to the notion that Hamas was a legitimate Middle East player, and to the perception that the U.S. was backing away from its traditional support for Israel—to the delight of Hamas—based on the following inexplicable policies:
1) In February Secretary of State Blinken had bragged that not only had the Biden administration resumed massive aid to the PLA cancelled by Trump, but cumulatively had transferred $1 billion—even as Palestinian authorities bragged that they would continue to pay bounties to the families of “martyrs” (i.e., those killed while conducting terrorists attacks against Israel)...

New York City sees spike in tuberculosis cases, possibly caused by COVID fatigue and migrant crisis: Report - TheBlaze

However, there is also the possibility that the migrant crisis in the Big Apple has something to do with the sudden rise of TB. More than 100,000 migrants have flooded into the city since the spring, with many of them not having the appropriate vaccinations that would otherwise mitigate the likelihood of contracting the illness.

Biden rolls out absurd excuse on new border wall, putting him at odds with DHS secretary: 'I can't stop that' - TheBlaze

President Joe Biden essentially argued on Thursday that his hands are tied and he has no control over new construction of border wall. The Biden administration is planning to construct 10 new sections of border wall along a 50-mile stretch of the southern border in Starr County, Texas. Ultimately, about 20 miles of new barrier will be constructed over a two-year period, according to the Washington Examiner. A notice posted to the Federal Register said the wall is necessary due to "high illegal entry" of migrants.

Horowitz: One quality we need in a new House speaker - TheBlaze

Horowitz: One quality we need in a new House speaker - TheBlaze

One overreaching reason explains why America is collapsing and no serious effort has arisen in recent decades to halt the uniparty-driven decline. Every Republican or even conservative leader until now has feared the image of temporary disruption, chaos, and discord more than the permanent destruction of our life, liberty, economy, sovereignty, culture, and way of life. Hence the constant clamor to avoid a government shutdown or a debt-ceiling fight. And hence the aversion to intraparty fights. We will not reverse this evil tide of tyranny until someone who represents the right side is more fearful of our societal and economic collapse than of a temporary lapse in federal funding.
