Bank Executive Destroys New York's Case Against Trump in Loan Case: 'Not Unusual'

Bank Executive Destroys New York's Case Against Trump in Loan Case: 'Not Unusual'

The evidence shows that banks made money on these loans, which were paid off either early or on time. In fact, none of the banks complained about the Trump organization’s estimations, which were accompanied by a warning that the banks should not rely on those estimates.

Moreover, James is seeking to kill a corporation once viewed as iconic in New York, not just by denying the certificates for the Trumps to do business in the city but by imposing $250 million in penalties for money that no one actually lost.

Elections matter!

Ummm, EVERY democrat controlled city in the USA!-----NY Times: Don’t Worry About the $112.1B in Shoplifting, It’s a Right-Wing Narrative

NY Times: Don’t Worry About the $112.1B in Shoplifting, It’s a Right-Wing Narrative - By Bob Hoge
"The New York Times has developed a well-deserved reputation for gaslighting its readers by scorning narratives that don’t fit its increasingly left bent.
Once considered the foremost news organization in the country and possibly the world, it has descended into a woke blog whose stories more often seem to emanate from a fledgling college student rather than from actual expert reporters.
  • To wit, I received the following newsletter in my email recently: “We’re covering claims of a shoplifting boom… Viral exaggerations.”
Really, NY Slimes?
  • It’s the right-wing media who are concocting this crisis out of thin air, we’ve “pounced on it," as they love to say—it’s not actually a serious consideration?
Don’t worry about it, they report:
Target and other retail chains have warned of widespread theft. News outlets have amplified the story. On social media, people have posted videos of thieves looting stores.

But the increase in shoplifting appears to be limited to a few cities, rather than being truly national...

The Hallett Inquiry - Now we have the mask double flip flop
"...We follow the trajectory of the statements on the use of masks made by Dame Jenny Harries, England’s deputy chief medical officer at the height of the pandemic and now chief executive of the United Kingdom Health Security Authority (UKHSA)...
At the pandemic's beginning, Dame Jenny had a cosy fireside chat with Mr Boris Johnson, the then Prime Minister (PM).
  • Dame Jenny reassured the PM that mass gatherings were not a danger to the spread of the virus.
  • Dame Jenny added that “it’s usually quite a bad idea to wear a mask” if a healthcare professional hasn’t asked you to wear one.” The message was repeated on the BBC as mask usage could “trap the virus.” According to the Independent, Harries stated that mask usage could increase the risk of infection.
Here is an excellent video summary of Harries’ early 2020 mask statements.
  • Along the way, she dismissed the idea of closing schools, which were duly shut a few days later.
But then, mask-wise, everything changed, as we have documented in our partial timeline.

What does @UN_Women gain from refusing to condemn the mass rapes and murders of women on October 7?

What does gain from refusing to condemn the mass rapes and murders of women on October 7?... What does gain from refusing to call out Hamas as a terror organization and even encouraging them to continue their deadly attacks for 17 years. Every body within the is rotten. The UN is rotten. Every self respecting nation should leave it and let it die in the corner. They only enabled this conflict, letting it fester instead of solving it. UN: Useless Numpties.

Angry dad says son has been 'pretty devastated' since Deadspin writer accused 9-year-old of wearing blackface to Chiefs game | Blaze Media

The father of Holden Armenta — the 9-year-old boy accused by Deadspin writer Carron J. Phillips of wearing blackface to a Kansas City Chiefs game over the weekend — told Fox News' Jesse Watters that he's "mad" and "upset" about the toll the rather dubious controversy has taken on his son.

"He's pretty devastated," Holden's dad Bubba said of his son, adding that it was his "dream to get on the Jumbotron" for the game.

A nice, albeit sad story of an American family-----Frail Father Battling Cancer Walks His Daughter to Be Crowned Homecoming Queen | The Epoch Times

Frail Father Battling Cancer Walks His Daughter to Be Crowned Homecoming Queen | The Epoch Times - Louise Chambers
  • A doting father battling cancer has summoned all his strength for a very special moment.
"Determined to show his love and pride for his youngest daughter, he walked her across her school's football field as she was crowned homecoming queen.
  • High school sweethearts Carrie, 48, and Brett Yancey, 47, have been married for 25 years and have three daughters, 24-year-old nurse Savannah, 21-year-old student Sydney, and 17-year-old Sarakate, a senior at Southside High School, Alabama.
Mr. Yancey was diagnosed with esophageal cancer at the age of 41, and after a year in remission following a successful surgery, the cancer returned and spread.
Despite his declining health, when Sarakate was named homecoming queen in her senior year, the doting dad knew that he wanted to make the 50-yard walk with his daughter to receive her crown...

Hamas branded Israeli child hostages in case they escaped, relative says

Brothers Yagil Yaakov, 12, and Or Yaakov, 16, were freed Wednesday during a temporary cease-fire that saw the release of approximately 110 hostages. Their uncle said the terrorists branded each boy by using the exhaust pipe of a motorcycle to identify them in case they escaped, the Times of Israel reported. "They told us stories about what they went through inside Gaza. The stories are horrible," Yaniv Yaakov said in North Macedonia with Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen. "Each child that was taken by Hamas was taken on a motorbike, and they took every child, took his leg and put it on the exhaust of that motorbike, so they have a burn, so they will be marked if they run, if they escape, so [Hamas] can find them."

"ITEM 2: Bloomberg News uncovered a secret plan by terrorists to destroy the Snake River dams.

Bloomberg reported, “A draft agreement negotiated behind closed doors by the Biden administration and advocates of tearing down the lower Snake River dams says the science is clear on removing the dams.

“In what some are calling a secret plan developed with four tribes, Washington and Oregon, the federal government would spend more than $1 billion to prepare for breaching the four hydroelectric dams and to promote fish populations.”

The dams provide cheap, carbon-neutral electricity.

How on Earth did this happen?
