No Lessons Learned: Adobe's Woke AI Follows in Google's Footsteps by Erasing History

No Lessons Learned: Adobe's Woke AI Follows in Google's Footsteps by Erasing History

Like Gemini before it, Firefly has drawn criticism for generating historically inaccurate and racially insensitive images. When prompted to create scenes depicting America’s Founding Fathers or the Constitutional Convention, the AI tool inserted Black men and women into roles they did not historically occupy. Similarly, it generated images of Black soldiers fighting for Nazi Germany during World War II and depicted Black Vikings, echoing the same blunders that led to Gemini’s downfall.

Report: Toyota Can Build 90 Hybrids or 1 EV - Kelley Blue Book

“The amount of raw materials in one long-range battery electric vehicle could instead be used to make six plug-in hybrid electric vehicles or 90 hybrid electric vehicles,”: -  Sean Tucker
"...A leaked document sent to Toyota dealers makes a pretty good case for the idea that hybrids may be a better solution.
Jalopnik reporter Tom McParland says “a Toyota dealer contact” sent him the document.
It tries to “explain to the dealer network why they should expect to see more hybrids on their lots and not so many EVs” or plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEVs).
1 EV = 6 PHEVs = 90 Hybrids
It argues that the minerals found in EV batteries are the most important barrier to widespread EV sales. “The amount of raw materials in one long-range battery electric vehicle could instead be used to make six plug-in hybrid electric vehicles or 90 hybrid electric vehicles,” it says...

How Atrocities, Beheadings, and Carnage ‘Heal Muslim Hearts’ RAYMOND IBRAHIM

In a recent communique, the Islamic State called on its followers to slaughter and terrorize every single Western person they could reach.
"A snippet follows:
"Lions of Islam:
  • Chase your preys whether Jewish, Christian or their allies, on the streets and roads of America, Europe, and the world.
  • Break into their homes, kill them and steal their peace of mind by any means you can lay hands on….
  • Solidify your plans and diversify the attacks: detonate explosives, burn them with grenades and fiery agents, shoot them with bullets, cut their throats with sharp knives, and run them over with vehicles.
A sincere person will not lack the means to draw blood from the hearts of the Jews, the Christians, and their allies, and thus ease the suffering in the hearts of the believers...."

Solar-Powered Farming Is Quickly Depleting the World's Groundwater Supply | WIRED

This eliminates using fossil fuels and boosts crop production, but is drying up aquifers around the globe.
  • Farmers in arid regions are turning to low-cost solar pumps to irrigate their fields.
"There is a solar-powered revolution going on in the fields of India.
By 2026, more than 3 million farmers will be raising irrigation water from beneath their fields using solar-powered pumps.
With effectively free water available in almost unlimited quantities to grow their crops, their lives could be transformed.
  • Until the water runs out.
...But as a result, water tables are falling rapidly.
There is little rain to replace the water being pumped to the surface...

Jerome Powell just revealed a hidden reason why inflation is staying high: The economy is increasingly UNINSURABLE!

Troublesomely high inflation rates may have an overlooked metric at their source: soaring insurance costs.
“Insurance of various different kinds — housing insurance, but also automobile insurance, and things like that — that’s been a significant source of inflation over the last few years,” he said.
  • On Tuesday, data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed that its metric for auto insurance, which covers physical damage, liability, and miscellaneous insurance coverage for private passenger vehicles, increased 20.6% over the past year...
  • Meanwhile, a study from S&P Global Market Intelligence found that homeowners' insurance jumped 11.3% in 2023...
  • In some of the highest-risk areas, insurance companies have even stopped providing their services altogether...

  • The study showed that only 3 percent of people who had Covid had ‘moderate-to-severe’ aftereffects a year later – numerically fewer than those infected with influenza or other mild respiratory diseases.” - Glenn Reynolds

Minnesota Democrats push basic income program where illegal aliens can qualify for monthly handout of $500 or more | Blaze Media

The House Committee on Homeland Security indicated in a November 2023 report that "for every one million parolees released into the United States on [Department of Homeland Security Alejandro] Mayorkas' watch, the cost in federal welfare benefits that will be incurred could total $3 billion annually, with those costs starting to kick in January 2026." Blaze News previously reported that the estimated annual cost to house known gotaways and illegal aliens released into the country under Biden's watch is $451 billion.

Toronto Police tells citizens to keep car keys near front door so thieves won’t hurt them when they break in 🤡 Cardinal Pritchard

"Car thefts are up by nearly 25% in Toronto
...so naturally the police are getting involved.
  • What are they doing to stop the crime?
Well, they're handing out doorstops which citizens can install on their front door, making it harder for thieves to get in and steal your car keys.

Police are also telling citizens to leave their key fobs near their front door in case one of these car thieves does get in; that way, when they enter your home, they can simply grab the keys, steal your car, and leave you alone...

Breitbart Business Digest: Younger Workers Turning Against Biden as Unemployment Rises

The most recent survey by Economist/YouGov shows a very big upswing in registered voters under 30 taking the view that the economy is getting worse. In the poll released on March 4, 37.8 percent of younger voters said the economy was getting worse, and just 23 percent said it was getting better. That’s a big swing from just a few weeks ago, when the same poll found that 39.4 percent said the economy was getting better and 26.8 percent said it was getting worse.

Dem witnesses dodge when asked whether only citizens should be allowed to vote in federal elections | Blaze Media

Several witnesses who spoke at a recent congressional hearing refused to say whether voting in federal elections ought to be limited to U.S. citizens only.

On Tuesday, a panel of five witnesses — three brought by Democrats and two by Republicans — appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee to discuss the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. If passed, the bill would require federal approval before some changes to local and state election laws could be implemented. Proponents of the bill claim such onerous federal oversight of election practices is necessary to prevent discriminatory voter suppression efforts.

Trump did his job - Don Surber

Only traitors fault him for siccing the CIA on Red China
"The propagandist Reuters reported, “Exclusive: Trump launched CIA covert influence operation against [Red] China.”
Good.
We created the CIA to do such things.
It was about time an American president stopped pretending that Red China magically became a capitalistic constitutional republic overnight.
The story said, “Two years into office, President Donald Trump authorized the Central Intelligence Agency to launch a clandestine campaign on Chinese social media aimed at turning public opinion in [Red] China against its government, according to former U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the highly classified operation.”
Bravo!
What a change from Obama using the FBI to spy on a political opponent (Donald Trump) — under the guise of stopping Russia.
In Obama’s 2012 debate, he mocked Mitt Romney for calling Russia the No. 1 threat to the United States...
Back to the Reuters story, which said, “Three former officials told Reuters that the CIA created a small team of operatives who used bogus internet identities to spread negative narratives about Xi Jinping’s government while leaking disparaging intelligence to overseas news outlets. The effort, which began in 2019, has not been previously reported.”...
Throughout the story, Reuters made America out as villain...
