Why are all Americans forced to pay for NPR's ultra-biased, political hit-pieces?-----Biden visits cemetery Trump said was 'filled with losers' : NPR
The magazine said that Trump separately referred to Marines who lost their lives in the Battle of Belleau Wood as “‘suckers’ for getting killed.” - HEARD ON MORNING EDITION - Audio will be available later today.BELLAU, France — President Biden on Sunday paid tribute to fallen U.S. Marines at an American cemetery outside of Paris, a resting place that features prominently in his case against former President Donald Trump...
Trump had been scheduled to visit the cemetery in Nov. 2018, on the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.
Trump had been scheduled to visit the cemetery in Nov. 2018, on the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I.
But he scrapped those plans. The White House blamed the weather, saying it was too rainy for helicopters to fly, and arguing that a motorcade would have been too disruptive for traffic and the schedule.
A different and much more damning story emerged two years later in The Atlantic, one that Biden often highlights on the campaign trail to show that his predecessor is not fit to be commander in chief. At the time the article came out, the Trump campaign strongly disputed its claims...The Atlantic said Trump canceled the trip because he didn’t want to get his hair wet in the rain, telling senior staff members “‘Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.’”

Cowards in command!-----United States Central Command's Shameful Statement on Gaza Hostage Rescue By Ward Clark
On Saturday, the United States Central Command, in a statement that just screams weakness and indecision, confirmed that attitude in their statement regarding Israel's rescue of four hostages from Gaza.
The tweet continues:
An area south of the facility was used by the Israelis to safely return the hostages to Israel. Any such claim to the contrary is false. The temporary pier on the coast of Gaza was put in place for one purpose only, to help move additional, urgently needed lifesaving assistance into Gaza.
- This seems an awful lot like an attempt to appease, or at least not anger, Hamas...

Are Americans More Ignorant than We Realize? - Intellectual Takeout
Are Americans More Ignorant than We Realize? - Intellectual Takeout - Annie Holmquist"...especially considering that less than a quarter of American students are proficient in civics and only 12 percent are proficient in U.S. history...
- If American schools continue to neglect teaching these key components of western civilization, and instead focus on more popular, “diversity-minded” subjects, are we in danger of growing ignorant as to how and why we exist as a nation and a people?
- And if we are ignorant of these things, can we expect to retain the freedom and rights we’ve long enjoyed?
That libs support this says much about libs!-----Despite Liberals’ Hysterical Denials, Aliens Are Registering and Voting - Hans von Spakovsky
Foreign nationals register to vote and then cast ballots in our elections, the evidence shows. Alien voting is a real problem.
- The truth is out there. Aliens are registering and voting in American elections.
- For anyone who cares to see it, the truth is available in public records in election offices across the nation. But unfortunately, those who expose the truth about voting by aliens—illegal immigrants or not—are subjected to ridicule and an onslaught from the Left to preserve the broken status quo.
- Some would prefer that anyone who documents aliens participating in American elections—especially with the current border crisis—simply disappear...

It noted that a 2018 comment from Dominion Energy said the turbines “will not be visible from the Virginia Beach shoreline.”

We are asking our children to carry loads that are way too heavy for them.
They should not be forced, as children, to see and feel the world through the lens of adults. - John L Hoh Jr
“Sex,” I was pretty sure, meant whether you were a boy or girl, and “sin” made Tante Jans very angry, but what the two together meant I could not imagine. And so, seated next to Father in the train compartment, I suddenly asked, “Father, what is sexsin?”We are asking our children to carry loads that are way too heavy for them.
He turned to look at me, as he always did when answering a question, but to my surprise he said nothing. At last he stood up, lifted his traveling case from the rack over our heads, and set it on the floor.
“Will you carry it off the train, Corrie?” he said.
I stood up and tugged at it. It was crammed with the watches and spare parts he had purchased that morning.
“It’s too heavy,” I said.
“Yes,” he said. “And it would be a pretty poor father who would ask his little girl to carry such a load. It’s the same way, Corrie, with knowledge. Some knowledge is too heavy for children. When you are older and stronger you can bear it. For now you must trust me to carry it for you.”
- from The Hiding Place: The Story of Corrie Ten Boom
They should not be forced, as children, to see and feel the world through the lens of adults.
Innocence is worth protecting and worth fighting for.
We need to do our part as teachers, parents and caregivers to carry certain things for them until they are old enough to bear the load.
