Feel-good environmental rules won't save the planet, but they do hurt consumers * WorldNetDaily * by Nate Scherer, Real Clear Wire
Feel-good environmental rules won't save the planet, but they do hurt consumers * WorldNetDaily * by Nate Scherer, Real Clear Wire:
The fight against climate change is increasingly riddled with lawmakers' feel-good attempts to save the planet by imposing top-down regulations that do nothing in the way of meaningfully reducing global temperatures or cutting pollution. However, these "feel-good" regulations have a familiar habit of harming consumers by eliminating popular goods and services or making them more expensive.
The latest example of such a regulation comes courtesy of California, where lawmakers recently passed a second ban on plastic grocery bags after the first attempt ended in failure.
I tried to vote today but couldn't!
I tried to vote today but couldn't!
We have 9 days of early voting in MI, so I decided I'd wait a few days to avoid the rush and give it a try.
Only one location in the county (in a deep blue area) for most early-voters but since most will be voting absentee, I figured a quick in-and-out at 11am today.
WRONG!
Parking lot seemed busy and folks were coming in from every direction.
A nice-looking 20ish woman was walking in and I asked "are you voting today?"
Is "something" happening?

A nice-looking 20ish woman was walking in and I asked "are you voting today?"
- She smiled and said yes. I asked why not simply send in her absentee ballot and she said "I don't trust the post office".
- The place was packed, at least 50 in line to begin the process! And all the voting cubbies filled.
- It seemed to be moving along fine but people continued to stream in actually increasing the line

Nuclear meltdown ensues after Washington Post refuses to endorse in presidential election: 'You feckless cowards' | Blaze Media:
William Lewis, the CEO and publisher of the Post, wrote that the news outlet would be returning to its previous tradition of refusing to endorse presidential candidates in order to preserve its independence.
"The Washington Post will not be making an endorsement of a presidential candidate in this election. Nor in any future presidential election. We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates," wrote Lewis.

...2) the question that Joe Rogan asked President Trump: “Was the 2020 election stolen?”
My answer: I don’t say it was stolen in the normal sense of the word. What I say is what I know, and what many of us in the election integrity movement can confirm: the election process was taken over by leftwing activist groups who had burrowed into election systems across the country by the time of the 2020 election. And they manipulated the election system in myriad ways in state after state. You can find solid data and evidence of the manipulation of the 2020 election in work by Dr. John Droz, Joe Fried’s book “Debunked”, Mollie Hemingway’s book, “Rigged”, Citizens United’s movie “Rigged” (about the Zuckerbuxx impact and studies by myriad sources...

Our sons deserve to dress like men | Blaze Media:
Our sons are born into a world of moral and aesthetic chaos. There are no rules, no expectations, no limits.
The barriers that frame our traditionally fixed forms are broken down in front of our very eyes. Any sense of hierarchy is eviscerated. The definitions of man and woman are mutilated. Sacred and profane are turned in a blender together. Culture is flattened, and American aesthetics are forgotten.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) said she thinks the Madison Square Garden rally former President Trump is hosting Sunday is a “white flag of surrender.”

Stores Closing as Consumers Pull Back on Spending in Biden-Harris Economy:
In September, Breitbart News reported that middle class Americans suffering under inflation in President Joe Biden’s (D) economy had become too poor to shop at dollar stores.
Breitbart News’s John Carney explained:
The Biden-Harris administration, with its reckless fiscal expansions and ideological hubris, has forced consumers into a corner. It was inevitable that even the affluent would feel the blow; and now, with Dollar Tree’s stock plunging nearly 25 percent, the axe has finally bitten into the grain.
Low IQ Lefty Who Tore Down Flags She Thought Were Israeli Arrested – Police Used Her Own Video to ID Her - Rusty Weiss
Amber Matthews, a 23-year-old TikTokker from Montclair, New Jersey, has staked her claim for entry into the dumbest criminals of all-time Hall of Fame.
- Matthews not only mistakenly tore down Greek flags hanging outside an incredibly Greek restaurant in town named Efi's Gyro, all the while thinking they were Israeli flags.
- But the video she posted to social media was used by police to track her down and make an arrest. She essentially ID'd herself...
She raged using keywords she likely has yet to look up in a dictionary, like "genocide" and "Zionist."
And when Mathews was told the flags she had been ripping down were, in fact, the flag of Greece and not Israel, she had this weapons-grade idiotic response:

Pennsylvania Officials Investigating Up to Thousands of Fraudulent Voter Registration Applications
Pennsylvania Officials Investigating Up to Thousands of Fraudulent Voter Registration Applications:
“Indicators of fraud included inaccuracies with the addresses listed on the applications, false personal identification information, as well as false names. A number of the applications also contained names that did not match the provided Social Security information,” Adams noted.
However, in some cases all the application information was correct, but when those listed on the form were contacted by investigators, they reported never having requested or completed the registration application. Further, the residents verified signatures on the applications were not theirs, the district attorney noted.
If the ‘Trump Wins in a Landslide’ Prediction Is True, THIS WILL HAPPEN Within 12 Days Scott Pinsker
Just two bullet points:
- Kamala Harris (and other leading Democrats) will start blaming the American people directly for failing to support them. It won’t just be racism/sexism anymore, but something deeper than that.
- You’ll see an absolute avalanche of media stories about Democratic/liberal buyers’ remorse. On media outlets ranging from the uber-mainstream (all the usual suspects, from MSNBC through The New York Times) to the leftist of the left, there’ll be op-eds and critiques galore that excoriate the Democrats for undermining the democratic process and “forcing” Kamala Harris on them.

'Give her a good [bleeping] answer!' Watch Megyn Kelly shred Kamala on lack of substance * WorldNetDaily * by Hailey Gomez, Daily Caller News Foundation:
SiriusXM's Megyn Kelly called out Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign team Thursday on her podcast, criticizing their inability to "train" her to provide substantiative answers during her CNN town hall event.
Harris appeared on stage with CNN's Anderson Cooper on Wednesday evening, but faced backlash for her word salad and vague responses. On "The Megyn Kelly Show," the host noted that while Harris' team seemed to have "worked on her style," it quickly unraveled when she was asked about actual policy questions.
